I have now been in contact with the norwegian distributor of GT4, and sadly he confirmed that GT4 (PAL) won't come out before February 2005.

tre, noticed that Norwegian GT website in your sig, www.granturismo.no. It should say www.no-granturismo .... :indiff:

"We do not yet know what the release date for GT4 is, but it should be in the new year.

Whats involved in playing US GT4 in UK?

I am sobbing at the thought of having to spend the next three of four months watching video after video off the net of GT4 from US and Japan!!! AAAAAGGGGGGGHHHHH

I think we should just be quiet and stop speculating about the game's release and at least do what I am doing, enjoy WRC4 when it's released on Friday. :)

Hmm, that might work in principle, but in practice?.... also, this seems not to be mere speculation (as has been the case in a million previous threads)... it looks like pretty firm evidence of another (major) delay... :indiff: Well, atleast I'm gonna be in your neck of the woods this weekend dcr22B, so I can drown my sorrows in major STYLE! :D (recommend a particularly good boozer??)

If GT4 comes out in the UK before it does in Australia, I will be too busy playing GT4 to be winding anyone up!

Online will probably be out for the NTSC market before we get GT4 in PAL land at this rate, when was the PSP version Due?.

See how much bull can PD spout, whatever happened to the planned simultaineous worldwide release?

I heard they're going to cancel the whole project and just wait for the PS3 release in 2012 to release the next in the Gran Turismo series, which will be called Gran Turismo: Get Torqued.

I hate quoting SCEE. And I know that they are VERY slow in updating their release dates, but I like doing it because it is from 'the horses mouth', or as Famine put it 'the horses arse'.

I thought we were just talking about the horse's mouth? And now you bring in information from the cow's poop pile?

A distributer's ship date is worthless. They're simply making up dates. If you aren't getting information from the source (horse's mouth) then don't share your information. And even then the information can be changed.

It'll get here when it gets here! Until then, go outside and play.
