I'm now at the Nascar-races and the one on Daytona is just undoable. I constantly get knocked off the racetrack from behind. And when I'm finally in front, they'll just draft and voila, Im 5th again... Any tips?

Leave all the settings on the car alone, drop all downforce to minimum, 0 TCS, 0 ABS. Draft your way to the front (I did it on the backstretch of lap 1). Stay on the bottom of the track and watch your mirrors. The AI slows down for turn 1 and turn 3, everytime, so even if they are ahead of you on the high side, they will drop back. But you have to stay low to keep from getting pit-manuevered. If necessary, you can float up to block on the straights, but you MUST stay low in the corners or you WILL get wrecked.

^ All good advice. Also, don't be leading at the start of the last lap. Ideally, you want to blast into the lead low into turn three on the last lap when they all back off. If you go hard enough into it, they can't catch up. No matter what you do, it's going to be close.

I also lowered my suspension a tad and dropped downforce as low as it would go. Helps the car cut through the air.

I golded that this morning. 5-6 times, I led until the 5th lap and then got rammed off the track. So I changed oil, lowered downforce to minimum, and increased tranny top speed a couple notches. That worked for me. And keeping your line low is key.

Ahhh Daytona and NASCAR are a special combo that's not easy to master, but funny like hell.
43 is right, if you aren't in the lead on the last lap you have better chances to draft and win, but a good setup also helps a lot.
I has got a decent setup from the tuning forum, don´t remember the exact post to link it, but search for it.
