That's because Exum hit 3/4 3pt shots (not to disclaimer: not really the cause of the game outcome), since the regular season started he's been miraculously shooting half decent, though I don't expect the consistency to remain.

Terrible officiating in the 4th tonight for Dallas. Parsons has 2 Boston defenders wrapping around him with no foul, & Smart tries to flop when Parsons swings with his arms tucked. Then Rondo brings Ellis down on a hard foul & it's called a common foul. Dallas shouldn't have blown a big lead in the third, but completely unnecessary roughness. Not sure how many times I saw Dirk get knocked to the floor tonight, either.

104-93 was the score in Philadelphia as the Rockets win another one. The Houston Rockets are 4-0 and currently on a back-to-back. Philadelphia is usually a House of Horrors for the Rockets. We sometimes stub our toes and fail in Philly. Not tonight, though. The back end of this back-to-back for the Rockets will be on NBA TV in a little GTP rivalry: JohnBM01 vs. Omnis: my Rockets, his Heat... the action in Miami tomorrow night.

Okay, this is just getting ridiculous. The Thunder picked up another injury tonight with Andre Robinson suffering a sprained foot or ankle. He has already been ruled out of playing tomorrow night. Hopefully, this injury is minor and he will only be out for the next game. His defense will be sorely missed on the already depleted roster.

Reggie Jackson returned to the lineup tonight and that made nine. After the injury, they are back down to eight healthy players.

I was not able to watch tonight's game. However, from what I have read, they may have been better off without Reggie Jackson. Apparently, he thought he would be able to carry the team in a manner similar to Durant last year.

It sucks for the Thunder but is lucky for the Raptors they play you now before everyone returns. Amir Johnson (starting power forward) missed the game against Miami yesterday with an ankle injury, so I don't know if he'll be playing the Thunder, but so long as they don't play the street ball they played yesterday Toronto should take this one.

So people want to know what the Cavs can do when these Midwesterners visit the only remaining Pacific Northwest NBA team. Portland is beautiful... only as long as you are wearing Portland colors and playing for a6m5's Trail Blazers. It can be ugly playing at Portland- just ask my Rockets in last season's Playoffs. That game follows Houston at Miami on NBA TV.

Edit: They just said on the news tonight that the Blazers will be wearing the short sleeve jerseys. I fail to see a single redeeming quality inthose fugly things. When I was younger, I hated playing in t-shirts, and most NBA players seem to echo the sentiment.

Who remained unbeaten up to this point? By a score of 108-91 it was the... Houston Rockets! I followed only a minute or so of the game in the 4th Quarter as the Rockets scored to make it 90-80 with about nine minutes in the 4th Quarter. I had a hunch the Rockets won because when I checked my Twitter, "Rockets 5-0" was trending. Heading into tonight's match, the Rockets never had this great of a start since the 1996-1997 season. So at least on this night, the Rockets beat the Heat. By the way, were those chicken wings any good, Omnis?

They were delicious. And the Heat were winning, and died in the 4th after I left the restaurant in typical Heat fan fashion.

Dwight Howard would be an unstoppable force if his post moves didn't suck total ass. Nobody can stop him backing into the low post. Justin Hamilton tried and he almost got knocked over. Bosh was able to apply nice pressure, however, and give him some bad looks once he put his shot up. If he had better moves, it would've taken Bosh out of the picture.

Kobe scores 39 points on 14/37 shooting to lead LA to a 106-112 loss to Phoenix. Isaiah Thomas had 22 points, 9 assists, and 3 steals. Gerald Green also added 26. Oh, and they also came off the bench.
We play Memphis today. They swept us last season. Any team with good big men probably did that to us last season. So I don't have high hopes for tonight.

We may fare better against you guys this year then. Kaman's barely a quality big man, but he seems to play well together with LaMarcus Aldridge, or Robin Lopez, giving us bit more size in the front line.

Still, we have Blake & Lillard trying to defend your guards, so I'm not getting my hopes up.

Last Thursday saw all three Texas teams play. This Thursday, same story. At least one Texas team will win this Thursday. Here are this evening's games:

Ish Smith was pretty good in Phoenix. Filled in nicely when Bledsoe was injured off the bench, very quick(probably fastest in the NBA, according to Kevin Durant in a Twitter Q&a ), and a decent playmaker, at least in the Phoenix system.
However, though, dude can not shoot to save his life.

Just thought I'd give a little scouting report, an I want him to hang around in the league. Deserves it.

I watched that replay like five times. From the inbound to the shot, that was classic Brandon Roy. Hayward must be white clone of Roy(at least for those handful of seconds lol).
