Don't get your hopes up people, it's most likely a bug fix or BoP changes or something, especially since it's this early into the month and we got a major content update about a week ago.
"A new game update will also be available after the maintenance" ??
In theory any game update is an improvement.
RIP any planned events Thursday
As always, can't wait for the delightful copying part of the installation.
This must be a Spa update. Can't see why PD would wait another month if the track is ready to go.
Boooooooo, I wanted to make the first SPÂ FRENCHYCHUNGS joke.
IIRC even if an update is ready, they need to work out some red tape with Sony for each update. Though given how close PD is with Sony, I wouldn’t think Spa is far behind. I agree with an earlier post, though, that this update is likely bugfixes and possible BoP updates - not that I mind at all, tbh.
Guys!!!! I Found the Code!!1
It's going to be the Brexit update = All British tracks removed from game + car manufacturers kicked out of the Europe tab in Brand Central.
I cautiously hope so. 2 days until we see. Saw you racing in Kies stream last night on Race C. Epically fast performance.
They won't release Spa right in the aftermath of a death at the track.
Oh great, it'll get delayed then.
And not actually be Spa.
The satire is strong in this thread.
I don't think it would make any difference, nor should it, personally.
But IIRC Famine was saying something about the process for submitting updates to PSN can take a few days. I suspect for an update on Thursday, it was submitted before Hubert died.
So it's Spa, spA, sPa, spa, Spa, spa, inconvenience
Yes, inconvenience relates to there only being Jupiler on sale at Spa
Why? I mean, I'm sorry for Anthoine, but what does he have to do with a track being released on a videogame? Sometimes people just want to be excessively sad.
Why is that?? Thats a dumb reasoning we might as well take out Lemans and other tracks that were responsible for other peoples deaths??
Especially lemans since 55 people died in the worst tragedy in the history of motorsport.
You are mistaking being sad with being respectful.
We are not in the aftermath of any Le Mans death.
Like in GT sport we are going to replicate his crash and laugh all over it.
His death has nothing to do with it.
Oh, so where exactly did I said it has?
And you are so naiive
Yep I'm not getting my hopes up either. Thanks mate, the combo seems to suit me.
If that would be the case why would they host an F1 race the next day.
Oh I see, so Poliphony Digital has power over the F1 schedule? Didn't know that.
Sorry, but I can't find any reason why doing this would be respectful in any way. FIA didn't cancel the F1 race after Hubert died, and they would have had security grounds on their side (in fact, the CEO of the circuit said that they will bring back gravel in Radillon), so why should PD care.
