Yeah, it is an American Football video game that kind of made the game a bit crazy with the ability to fight and throw flaming footballs, and everything moved faster. It was semi-popular in bar arcade cabinets. The franchise died after EA snagged the NFL license exclusively.

We used to have a version in the arcade when I worked at a movie theater.

So, Gaming in General would be my best guess for the move.

For those who haven't seen it here is a video clip:




And while I do know what the game is I don't know how his best team is four separate teams.
