My Texans hit the road to meet Minnesota, then come home to host Baltimore (probably the Hurricane Ike make-up game. The matchup for us will be Minnesota taking on Andre Johnson, and our matchup will involve Adrian Peterson. Peterson is one great player even when I've seen him play his college ball at Oklahoma.

Just happen to catch NFL highlights where T.O. spoke after the game. Nice. It's da best comment I've ever hurd him say. Back to hockey.

Another week, another win for the Fins. Yay.

I learned that the dope who kneed Matt Schaub in the groin twice in their game at Minnesota got fined $50K. Since people don't care about my Texans, leave it to me to be the Texans' news boy on GTP.

Zac Diles is out for the season. And really, I see no way the Texans are going to have a winning record even with Sage Rosenfels (remember the guy who f:censored:ed up and choked when we should have beaten Indianapolis by at least 17?) as our starting QB. We got Baltimore in a make-up game since Hurricane Ike. I think this was supposed to be our off week. The Texans are 3-5 as we host the Baltimore Ravens. This is a week in Houston where we will see a good amount of rain next week during the weekday. Fortunately, the Sunday match should be beautiful outside. The Texans will have to step up more than ever if they want to go to 4-5 or better.

WOOOOOOOO! YEAH! Eat it, Seahawks! Dolphins ftw.

Now I just have to hope that the Jets, Pats, and Bills lose, lose, lose.

I was sick since Thursday. Forgot to take some Sudafed before going to bed early Sunday morning, and completely missed the Ravens/Texans game. Maybe sleep was a good thing because my Texans lost 41-13 (I believe) to Baltimore. This was a terrible loss. And like I said, I wouldn't be surprised if the Texans don't finish with a winning season the rest of the way. A disappointing season if you're a Texans fan after the 8-8 record they had last year. The Texans are now 3-6. The absolute best they can do would be 10-6. But that's not likely with this team. We're not on pace with other AFC South teams yet. We're not as impressive as Indy, Jacksonville, and especially Tennessee. The former Houston Oilers are just running away with this deal with the best record in the NFL. Titans haters probably wished they choke in the playoffs like the Chicago Cubs last year in MLB.

You are just lucky that Colbert cant catch to save his life. He dropped a TD, which would have let the seahawks win, instead of loose. It also doesnt help that the midget (wallace) cant through a pass to save his life. On that last drive, he under throw a wide open receiver, who could have gone for 6, and then he threw to high for Carlson on forth down.

He can't catch because he's too scared of Yeremiah knocking his head off. :D

Whos to afraid to blitz, because he doesn't want Walter Jones to sit on him. (I'm not trying to start a war, i just see it as defending my team, and a little friendly competition)

This past Sunday was terrible for Houston sports teams. We're 3-6 and may well be 3-7 at Indianapolis (their beautiful new stadium). We basically GAVE the win to the Colts with stupid plays. Now they'll probably finish off my Texans for good. Most people have given up on any playoff hopes for this year.

I don't believe in expectations. You never know what to expect during the course of a season. Don't worry about getting to the playoffs. Just keep winning games and put up great performances, even in losing efforts. And with luck- playoffs! 8-8 last season isn't going to be repeated or better this season. Even if a season appears to be over, you still have to go out and play even if you're not going to anybody's playoffs. Look at New York Giants- 10-6 in the regular season and still trumped the 18-0 New England Patriots in the Super Bowl last season. This season still isn't over, so play on!

Defensive End, J. Allen (Minnesota Vikings) picked up a $25K fine for some other late hit. His ass needs to be suspended even after he kneed our Matt Schaub. I know nobody cares about my Texans, but you wouldn't want this to happen to YOUR favorite team's quarterback now, would you? Get him out!

Its good that they fined him,but whats 25K to these guys anyway. SUSPEND them without pay for a game or two then they will play nice.

My Texans FINALLY win a road game in a turnover-fest. We won 16-6 over the Cleveland Browns. The game I'm kind of glancing at is New England at Miami. The Patriots are leading 41-28 with 5:17 left in the game, but Miami has the ball trying to make some magic happen.

I'm going to make this quick. My Texans will play their first-ever Monday Night game. I find it hard to believe Jacksonville has the same record as my Texans- 4-7. It still doesn't mean that we're evenly matched because we aren't. I just hope we can make a statement even if we're not going to anybody's playoffs. Jacksonville is one of our own AFC South teams. Maybe the toughest division in the NFL. We got to play these guys hard and keep mistakes to an absolute minimum.

I hope the Texans can win because it's about time people stop looking at us like we're the worst team in the NFL while most forget about teams like Detroit and stuff in much deeper crap than us and much worse than us. If we were a REALLY bad team, we'd lose to teams like Miami, Detroit, and Cincinnati now, would we? At best, we're probably the St. Louis Rams of the AFC.

Go kick some Jaguar ass on Monday Night, Texans! I also hope we don't get any constant hate or cheap shots at Houston or such. Because I know ESPN's "Always Hate Houston" deal...

Anyone watching the Titans destroy the Lions? 35-3 with under 3 in the second quarter.

I am. Good news is that there's (and I use this sarcastically) still hope for the Lions to make a comeback against a game Titan squad. I've had sweet potato pie and cornbread dressing that's more interesting than this game. Only saving grace was to listen to Jesse McCartney. Expect the crowd to get home to enjoy something other than this beatdown.

Now 44-10 with less than 9 minutes left in the game. The Lions just look so lethargic in this game.

GAME OVER!

Tennessee Titans pick up a huge win over a very tough Detroit Lions! Oh my god... upset of the century! ...when in reality, the Lions stink this season and Tennessee was just too good.

So we can now look ahead to Dallas hosting the Seattle Seahawks in the next hour as well as the match between the Arizona Cardinals at the Philadelphia Eagles later tonight on the NFL Network.
