Can everyone who has signed up please check the first post to make sure I have everything correct (PSN and Car)

Thanks

lets get ready to rumble.........wish you could put 40 cars on the track in this game, guess thats asking too much from the PS3 system...

In every series in every race there are usually 3-6 people who don't show up so everyone on the waiting list should plan on showing up tonight!

Also, can I suggest a procedure for letting all the different cars on track just before race starts...set HP at 504 HP, let NSX on track, set HP at 518 HP, let GT-R's on track, set HP at 532, let Lexus on track.

Looking forward to it!

What time is our race today guys?
Also, is there a special hp consession for the NSX?

Not to be too picky, but I 'was' first on the reserve list. Not complaining, just wondering what happened...

Race tonight is at around 6:10PM PDT. Lounge opens at 5:30 PM PDT.

@Jav: The NSX and GT-R will run stock, we and going to try out the Lexus with the turbo and see how it works. If it doesn't work out, we'll just bring it down to stock, this is preseason, the the results wont effect the actual championship.

@MajikTom: Waiting list members join on a first come first serve basis, that is, when I post that there are slots available, first to join the lounge gets the slot. As for moving up to a full spot, OwensRacing had sent a request to join the list at an earlier time, I had simply forgotten to add him.

@Ultra13: That is exactly how we will be doing it. NSXs first at 504, GT-Rs next at 518, and finally Lexus at 532. I will do this before qualifying.

Alright, lounge opens in about 3 and a half hours. Look forward to some good racing 👍

If there are any questions please let me know so we can clear it up before the race

I would like to change to the MOTUL AUTOTECH GT-R I see you are the only one running it let me know if that is ok. thanks psn- supersnake

Hi all, room will be up in 40 minutes, will post as soon as its up

I will send any pending FR in about 30. @Boshunter, did you get the one I sent?

@Supershelby, I am MajikTom have both signed up for the Motul Autech GT-R. You would have to choose another if you'd like to change.

I think thats it for now...so you all soon

Edit: To anyone on the waiting, please wait till I post the message to join before joining. I am pretty sure we will have slots, but just in case, please wait so we save any confusion.

All FRs sent and accepted. If you have not received one or been accepted, please let me know. Lounge up in a few

you have 3 of us running the same nsx according to the first page so I didnt see a problem switching since there is only 1 in actual race

an oversight on my part. Not much I can do now, I'll let it slide for this race. We will work it out for the next

Been testing a brand new Lexus with Stage 2 @522 hp and all I can say is: "Watch out on the straights!" The thing is like an energizer bunny with the extra power and massive torque...it just keeps on accelerating and accelerating! At 532 it will be a beast in a straight line... Making it turn is a whole other issue, though...and the sound is so boring compared to the GT-R's growl and the NSX's vtec whine.

10 minutes till I open up the room to waiting list members. Looks like there will be slots as of now

Waiting list may now join. Owens, as its in my lounge, your gonna have to accept my friend request to join.

That was a frustrating race for me. I was practicing this 'new' car on racing hard all week, and thought my 1:39s were the bomb. Then today everyone was posting faster hot laps and I couldn't understand. Wasn't until I pitted half way through that I noticed I could choose Racing soft. It's a completely different track on soft... oh well, at least it was only pre-season.

Good times...

Good race everyone! Did 1 pitstop, got 2nd again, MtB is just toooo good when the tires start going, congrats man. 👍

As far as the car balance, the NSX, GT-R and Supra seem to be well balanced running stock HP. McDiego was fast in the 1st stint in the NSX. Mustardaddict was incredibly fast on fresh tires in the Supra, his straight line speed was way way higher than mine in the GT-R.

I still think the Lexus should run 522 HP. Otherwise I'd keep it as is 👍

Looking forward to starting the season!

Tokyo R246 Pre-season race results

My tires were going quickly, I dont know if it was the car or my driving style. I could get off a really fast lap but making it last was not gonna happen. I was starting a run at 1:36 and finishing at 1.41. +

OwensRacing ran up on me from behind trying to out-brake me, damaging my right rear at the beginning of lap 20 going into the first turn. He went in so hot, after hitting me he went into the tire wall at an almost head on angle, after bouncing off my side and in front of me. Luckily he didnt hit me straight on, so I apex-ed the corner and kept going. In general, with worn front tires all the cars were under-steering badly. BUT>> its important to brake for the corner properly. If you take out another driver, they'll protest. Since he didnt take me out I didnt protest.

It seemed like the NSX's needed another 5-10 hp in order to be up front. I'd say the NSX's run about 5 hp less than the GTRs, and Supra in order for it to be a dead heat. The Xanavi Nismo GTR is fast, the Xanavi cars in general are all very good. I dont know what to say about that. Clearly MtBe was fast on long stints, which shows he may be good at saving tires.

I had looked away at my boy and missed the braking spot there twice. Sorry bout that. They did not realize I was actually racing and not playing. . Or was they working against me. Hmmm ;)

It takes a real surgeons touch to drive those NSX's. When you get it dialed in and yourself dialed in to the track at hand. It is a beast.
