Since the big day's almost here. What's the next thing you have to look forward too? It can be anything, finishing school, new job, another game. Or just playing the wheels off GT5.

I look forward to having less Morons clogg up GTP. And hopefully a few decent members wander over here and add to our community.

Other than that, probably finish up university, get on with life etc.

My buddy has a MKV. Revo stage 2, Euro Jet FMIC & Exhaust, Neuspeed intake, RS4 injectors, H&R Coilovers..All the goodies. I'm a Volkswagen & Audi guy myself.

I have a VW Polo GTI. I also want to chip it, same 1.8lt that was in the Audi TT. All i need is a chip to get 200hp

Great cars 👍

2011, when all the complainers have got bored of GT5 and its back to normal for GTP.
The best days of GT5P were 2 months or so later, when the online had died down a bit and organised, clean racing was in its prime. So I expect a similar effect with GT5 though there may be a rise around Christmas again of new players, by February it should be just us lot to have a good race.

Other than that, I'm waiting for the new Warhammer 40k MMO and the 2011 racing season.

The end of all the nonsense threads about what I'm going to do while its installing, etc...

Then its nothing but Christmas and spending time with the families.

Between Christmas and New Year this bump will turn into a baby :D

EDIT: this was taken by the wife of her own bump. I'm not that fat...yet!

I swear my parents teached me that babies come out from the mom's belly, but your transmutation theory looks quite interesting too.

How many months until the release date? ;)

I'm looking forward to start an MBA, I'm not sure about which course I should pick, but still the most anticipated thing to me.

 I'm a seahorse :dopey: I've edited my post for clarity.

It's due in 6 weeks so I've finally pulled my finger out and started decorating the nursery!

I own one, good fun, but yet responsible car.

P.S. Leather seats are a must!

There are a lot of newer GTI owners on this forum. I have a MKV myself. However, I think I would have rather had Interlagos over my leather seats.

^ :odd:

That must blow. Why?

There's a certain holiday one month from the day after GT5's release. That's when I get my money, and I have to WALK in the coldness of Erie, just to get to the mall. No one in my house drives, and my mom wasn't about to pre-order anything.

You've just made me feel so much better about not getting GT5 on release. I should be getting it around Christmas-ish. I could get GT5 on release day, but I wouldn't get a PS3 until late December, so there is no point.

But still, my main focus is university, so thats what i'll be getting up to I guess.

In GT5P it was months in before all the garages showdowns started and those series were a blast, very clean close racing. Man, just reliving those moments makes me want the game so much more.

Sadly, like you, I probably won't be playing it soon since I have exams and such, also, because my sister lives in a border city to the US she'll be buying my limited edition copy, the bad thing is that to prevent that from stealing the general commerce in all the country by legislation she cannot send it to me via mail or anything like that, I'll see her until the christmas holidays.

Until then I'll be chronically renting it, buying another copy did go through my head but Christmas presents are expensive.

My immune system to prevail over this cold I'm currently suffering, house not having anymore improvements to be done to it, tax returns, and vacation to Alaska in July without having to drive through Canada first (unlike last year. My mom just had to have her car  ).

I guess I should mention graduate college, but that's far down the road.

Getting a HD monitor, HD PVR and finally GT5 (also finally get a chance to use my PS3).

This is the best week of my life! Besides the waiting!!!

Guess I'll be waiting for that as well. Couldn't stand all of the dirty racing in GT5P.

Back on topic, I'll be playing this as much as I can until my semester in college is over. THEN I'll be playing this almost non-stop I believe. Killzone 3 and a few other games will come in the way, but will still play GT5. That is, until Twisted Metal comes out...I'll be playing this as much as GT5.
