I have to say the USA team have really improved their football since i last saw them play in USA 94 , they done really well against Germany today getting to the quarter finals is quite an achievement . They played well, better than England actually it's a shame they lost

I don't really know much about world rankings though so can't really give my opinion on that.

The USA definitely deserved their place in the last eight, but others were perhaps unfortunate not to make it. I would say top 16, deffo.

U all yanks get happy over nothing. This was not the last World Cup like to set the last statistics. U dont get a reputation by winning just a couple matches. U have to make it on the long way. Sure, it is a happy moment, but not like to make a conclusion. The last two World Cups have being really weird. U could be in the same position Croatia was in the last WC. They made it far, but they sucked on this one. There is not a definite answer.
