Yes, it's followed every day, and if it's not, then we'll be in this thread talking about what track we're racing on.

ok just wondering cuz i can only be on the PS3 or the Computer. Not both at the same time so i was just wondering so i can race with you guys all night.

I'd just print out a copy of the schedule so that you don't have to keep checking online when and where the next race is...

I totally second the want for Laguna Seca!! My favorite track for sure... I've been there many times in real life and it is absolutely amazing!!!

The Cheef

Already own it!
👍

That was the first game for PS3 that I bought. But I don't feel its physics are as realistic as GT5:P. I prefer GT5:P and rFactor's F1 physics

Interesting. For me I feel the opposite is true. Afterall, in GT5P it allows me to drive at over 200MPH through both high banked corners... but not on the track, but rather along the unbanked inside track! Yeah, F1 cars are grippy... but not that bloody grippy. :D

In addition, if you watch some of the online replays of the top lap times with the F2007 in GT5P on Daytona Speedway you'll see what I'm talking about.

BTW: Biggles started a dedicated thread on this topic, Anyone compared the GT5P F1 car to F1:CE?, and your thoughts on the subject would be very welcome. 👍

GT5:P looks pretty darn accurate to me!

GODZILLA, did you get punted off the end of the back straight by that doofus in the red ferrari? I did! what an idiot...

Hell yeah,... I was flying on that track, when BOOM red riding hood hit me. I was trying to come back... nice driving Cheef..

After reading this I went and tried out some of the beginner online races which use the slower cars

They were actually pretty fun, if you overlooked all the hitting/bumping that went on and the idea they last a pathetic 2 laps

It's a shame PD doesn't let you drive the slower cars with professional physics and more laps like the 700pp races. Grood drivers don't want to only drive the fastest cars all the time

I can imagine a field full of GTP racers on Daytona oval using cars like the Ford Mustang would make a heck of a race. 3 and 4 wide would be common

So yeah, I'm up for the idea of using slower cars, maybe run some 600pp races?

You can not use the Cappuccino in 700 PP races online?

ALL mustang race! that be awesome, We would have to set dates and exact times, and all GTP members would USE mustangs haha

How about Car a day? each day, or half a day we can Use a diffrent car to race. but everyone needs to have the same.
I can't wait for Private rooms.

Hey Earth did break check me in the race at HSR??????:nervous:

If you're talking about the incident on the straight going into the last corner on the last lap, that was just a racing deal

The car ahead of me, I think it was a Mine's something, was very slow. I was going to tap my brakes to give him some room. You weren't directly behind me so I thought it would be a safe move. But at almost the very same moment I hit the brakes you moved right behind me and we made contact

You can not use the Cappuccino in 700 PP races online?

I'm sure you can, but I thought we would try the 600pp races so we could have a chance. I have no idea what pp the cappuccino maxes out at though. I don't mind racing it in a 700pp race, I was using the Art Morrison Corvette in 700pp races for a while

Hey boys. how racing some Ferrari 512BB at 10:30 on Dayton??💡 I hope guys are down for that.👍

Good race, finally. I was running second until I was punted off by joliette in his red GTR... It's fun kicking peoples butts in a vastly inferior car.

I'm not going to lie, I thoroughly enjoyed getting revenge in that race. I followed a white Skyline cleanly until the straight, where I set him up perfectly for the pass and made it. While I was 3/4 of the way past him, he swerved over and tried to take me out. I recovered, still ahead of him, but instead decided to let him pass me and I drafted him and punted him off in turn one. ;)

I have a question? how do you guys drive that F40? Holy molly it is so hard to keep it from wheel slip. My best time at Suzuka was 2.10 with the stupid thing. However with that said, it is a very powerful car, If I could just keep the rear end straight it would be in the 106 - 107 range for me. It is hard to drive, but I blame my sixaxsis controller. lol See you guys out there

I drive it with all assists off except for ABS. First off, I can't imagine driving it without a wheel as it is a handful. If you have a wheel, you just have to be VERY gentle on the throttle, and when the turbo kicks in, you actually have to BACK OFF the throttle, especially in 1st and 2nd gear, or you'll just spin out.
