If my memory is not failing me it a track by 'Feeder' off the Echo Park album; the track is either Buck Rogers or Seven Days in the Sun. Both tracks are on the Echo Park album (and on PAL GT3) and an excellent band as well, they also had four tracks on the original PAL Gran Turismo.
