Oops, please, let me clarify.

The position wasn't for an Optometrist. It was for a co-operative education class I'm taking in Grade 11, next year, where I'll be working alongside an Optometrist to view the daily duties of an Optometrist, and to help him out.

My goal is to become an Optometrist, which won't be untilI get out of high school, finish University, and take a 4-year Optometry program at Waterloo.

Yeah, it would be weird for a 16 year old to be an Optometrist.

Ah, OK. I get it now. From what you said first time around, I thought you were finishing University and applying for some sort of intership or graduate program.

And I thought it weird for a kid who looks 12 to be applying for a job as an Optometrist.
