Yeah it sounds bad, but I read somewhere after the first few months your body adapts to the natural oils and things and it's fine. I still get it wet in the shower or whatever, just don't ever Shampoo it. My hair isn't particularly greasy or oily, and doesn't smell either, no more than people who put wax/gel in their hair every day after washing it anyway. I'm just skipping a few steps.
I'll jump in! I haven't washed mine in roughly a week, to maintain a look. I have pretty thin hair and if I wash it often it starts to curl a bunch and get poofy.

Mustache guy was our uber Math savant. For incredible computational and conceptual prowess in the fields of pure and applied mathematics, he is socially irregular and hygienically deficient. And he's 30. Unlaundered, lots of pills, and will talk forever about super nerdy or super jewish things if given an ear.
