Just hold the phone the correct way up when you take the pic. It's not a 'problem' just that your phone tags the picture with an orientation when you take it. Your phone will read those tags whenever you look at a pic and adjust accordingly. But browsers don't always, they just show the pic on screen as the photo chip in the camera saw it when the picture was taken.
