Haha, now I get it!

It is a very physically demanding job since you also have to load and offload luggage, plus tying the aircraft down in rough water can be pretty risky! The views and the very "dramatic" flying feeling in our small tin boxes are worth it though

There is company-sponsored training, but only ATPL's for F/O's who want to upgrade to Captains.
