and
--is the mitsubishi evo super rally car--the best rally car???? if not post the car that is and the tuning for that..... if it is post the tuning for the evo......

I don't do rally-racing or setups, sorry. Also, not far enough for the polyphony digital formula car.

I was just thinking of making a thread based on your postings as a source of reference. You might wana do that instead of taking it to another forum, just an idea.
 
anyone got a tune for a `94 subaru impreza wrx sti sedan? it's handling horrible right now. i'm still learning this game but plenty of modification has been done to my car.

I am running stage 4 turbo with default settings i have played with them to fix the oversteer problem but nothing works please help i resorted back to default over steer gets worse when i play with the suspension and driving aids

i have slr mcclaren settings for the ring goes as follows

brake balance f 16 R 18
Spring rate f 15.1 R15.1
ride height f 95 r 96
bound f8 r 8
rebound f 9 r 9
camber 2.0 1.0
toe 0 0
stabilizers f 5 r 6
ballast 20 f/r balance -50
tourque 12
acceleration lms 45
deceleration lms 20

this works wonders for me at the ring stage 3 na tuning all possilble other mods hope this helps ya if u could help me it would be appreciated

I wondered if anybody could help me with settings for a Viper gts '99. The car doesn't brake at all! Also any tips for maxium speed and suspension settings would be appreciated.

I could really use a good set up for the 69' Stingray, a good cornering set up and also a good cornering set up as well a brake job for the Ford GT
 
The best tuning setups by far can be found at www.gtvault.com -- This site currently has only settings for GT3 cars, but if there is a car on GT4 that was also in GT3 that you want settings to, I suggest you check here. The best guy on there has to be Fumes, but his settings are for people who prefer to race properly. There are also many other tuners that I'm sure fit your driving style!
 
On this site is there a car by car post of the settings like on GTVault.com. They really have it nailed down where you can look up a car and choose the setting from various tuners that best serves your purpose. It would be great to have that here. Thanks
 
Would love some settings for:

Mazda RX-7 ('85 GT-Limited) FC3S

No Driving Aids.
Full/Racing Suspension.
Stage 2 Turbo.
Stage 2 Weight Reduction.
Most other mods, apart from a few.
 
What is the highest speed any of you have got? Could you tell me the car you used.. The mods you used.. Plus the settings for gear ratios, ride height and so on.. Thanx..

Ps. I have read of folks getting speeds of 3000 mph even greater in GT4.. Best I got is 363 mph.. I'm guesin reports of MPHs in the thousands stem from the use of codes used from cheat things like GameShark etc..
 
3000 mph eh? Is there a rocket car hidden in the game? :) I think you mean 300mph. Its do-able with some cars like the Toyota GT One or Minolta.

Here's my DB9 setup. I've been using this in the Supercar Festival with a slightly modded the motor (516 hp). It's been working pretty good for me.

Spring Rate - 11.2 / 9.6

Ride Height - 94 / 94

Shock Bound - 4 / 3

Shock Rebound - 8 / 8

Camber - 3.0 / 2.0

Stabilizers - 6 / 5


Brakes Balance - 9 / 12


ASM - Off

TCS - 4
 
Can anyone make some sence out of this car?I been sitting here for about 4 hours playing with the RUF CTR2 with all different setups an it seems like the car DONT WANNA TURN or when i get it to turn an i accel alil bit out of a corner i go right into the wall.Maybe its not the car its the settings im using but it feels like theres so much understeer.I tried to loosen the front shocks an tighten the rear but that dont help me much.Im testing the car on seattle circuit an the best time i can get is a 139.000.It would be nice if somoene can help me out with this car.Thanks

Can anyone help me tuning the ford GT LM Spec II car? It moves like a brick and when i try to turn while braking the thing slides out of the turns. Any setups would be greatly apperciated.
