i have tried the fto a few times, its short on power, having also lower pp then 600. Don't dare to do the chalenge with it.. :(
 
Times are updated. My Nardo and GTR Stealth times are up there as well. Still gotta run the TCs and the C5R

I can get 6:05 with my R390 Gt1 tune. It's fast in a straight line and not too bad around the turns either, but I haven't driven other R390 tunes yet, or other fast cars. This tune could run faster, but I don't know about ~5:50

how can you drive with that lsd settings? as soon you accelerate you spin 360s and 720 :o

I tried mike's tune. Mine handled a lot easier than his, just saying
 
i'm already driving off throttle in corners , but as soon i even try to accelerate a little, then there comes the spin ( i drive withs ticks)


Just made a setup from shoe combined with mine, 6 mins 14 secs.
Easy to drive now for me i dropt his gear setting from 420 to 360 and lowered lsd acceleration to 8. I can improve this time by 6-7 secs tops ( made 1 mistake, and some corners could be done much better!)

When i'll have some free time i will give your tune a try, i reckon mine can be ticky to drive, i like having lot of turn-in, but low diff value.
 
6.30 with the mitsubishi fto super touring car
I can go faster, made like 4-5 mistakes that gave me a loss for like 5 secs in total... :( i wanna drive again a perfect lap :(

does yours have 572 hp, 1180kg, and 594 PP also max tuned?
my spring rate is going max to 16... can't set 16.2

and the gears are also completeley different... can't set those :(

Im not sure. I don't have access to my ps3, but I believe I was over 600pp...I'm not sure though

You are probably using the older version, that is standard.

Theres a premium version, newer and more powerful, its over 600hp stock.

don't have any dlc package :(
I have the game now for 2 months
Really need to buy it :(

with that s2k i just drove 6mins 31 secs, couldn't pass the mclaren :( gave up after 4 tries, 1st attempt was 6mins40 :o

It's not a DLC car...it's premium right from the dealer. I don't have DLC, so I know
 
Didnt had much time lately, i had to run some cars for the ''best in class'' thread, ill be able to run more cars over the weekend :) Next on the list is the FTO!. :)

Tried the FTO, its fun to drive :)

it did 6:10.469
502hp 603PP with engine overhaul and oil changed.

Only thing i changed are the following:
rear spring rate : 11.8
rear shock compression: 7
camber: 1.5/1.5
toe: 0.0/0.15

diff:
intital torque: 10/10
accel: 20/40
decel: 10/20

wing 35/60

Gearing: (gear trick and then set the following gears)

1st: 2.744
2nd: 2.012
3rd: 1.692
4th: 1.406
5th: 1.162
6th: 0.975

final: 3.217
top speed: 200kmh (top right of the screen should say 343kmh)

the top speed of the car is around 305kmh.

it was vs the 1st lineup, got slowed down slightly by the traffic but not too bad, the lap was good i think but theres still some time left for sure and i did not spent that much time tuning the car felt great already.

Go in the GT auto and change the oil, and restore engine power with engine overhaul. :)
 
The hp rating is also different from different country. Your car will have as much power as mine had. :)

edit: tested the RX-7 TC, good power but didnt liked the handling, lots of understeer, didnt tried to tune that much, got 5:59.216 with some traffic.
