PSP #221:

I got mine last night at midnight. I'd post a picture, but the batteries that are in my digital camera aren't working right. (I push the flash button, the camera turns off, etc.) So I'll post pictures later. It says that it's PSP #556. :sly:

I think emad officially had the best PSP launch party.

Screw the PSP, I want that Sony Brunette with the nice smile.

I only have two problems with the PSP. First, the stock headphones suck. I cannot fit them in my ears. Second, the bundle did not come with a USB cable. Luckily, I have one from my digital camera, but I can imagine how videogame forums are filled with noobs complaining not being able to transfer MP3 files over to their PSPs.

I should have reserved my copy.. I want a psp. I asked my mom to reserve me one and it would give her time to pay everything off before my birthday so she could give it to me as a birthday present (in may), but she said no.. Beh. I wonder who has PSP #1. O_o

I stumbled on something interesting this morning. Under Network Settings > Infrastructure Mode > (your connection) > WLAN Settings on your PSP, there is a option called Scan. It scans for any wireless access point in the area. I noticed that I was picking up another wireless device other than my wireless router. The SSID was just "linksys", so I'm guessing one of my neighbors has an unsecured network.

PSP wardriving?

:)

Just picked up a copy today.. (was the last item) and im PSP USER 433

im not a handheld gaming person, I just bought it to check it out but i can return it anyway.. but i may consider keeping this cuz this thing is badass.

Ditto.

this thing is amazing so far, im impressed. Hands Down to sony for creating this.

is there a PSP Site.. like with a message board n such..

I wish it had a Internet on it.. such as surfing the net.. like usin it to check ur emails with the wi-fi.. thatll be awesome.

I got a text message this morning, my coworkers wanted to see my shiny PSP. I brought along my Wipeout disc and uploaded this week's The OC episode. They were impressed to say the least.

I'm not sure about the numbers Sony is getting, but it seems that the PSP isn't as rare as the PS2 (and still is) was at launch. You can walk into a Sam Goody or a similar store and buy one with no fuss around here.

And I stood in line at 8AM to get mine...

Awesome. Even more reason for me to get a psp.. Shiz, i can hook up in any starbucks just like a laptop!

OMG i need one of these!
