I honestly don't see what all the fuss is about with that track and you know that PD will overuse it as much as they did with GT5 & 6.

The Gr2 cars look interesting but there's only 2 of them. Perhaps BoP will make them Gr3 compatible?

I wouldn't say that drivers are any worse in GTS than they were in GT6, at least there are no SRF cheats to worry about, and I haven't seen any sign of the deliberate rammers that were on GT6 (eg 'the girl with the van'!).

I wouldn't say that drivers are any worse in GTS than they were in GT6, at least there are no SRF cheats to worry about, and I haven't seen any sign of the deliberate rammers that were on GT6 (eg 'the girl with the van'!).

I have, but then I’m lower down in the ratings than most of you. *humble little ahem

@ROCKET JOE, I might get the PS+ today... As you know, bye bye GT6.

I think pretty much everybody that contibutes to this thread are on one anothers friends list - send us a request if you want to be included in anything we get up to! My PSN name is the same as my ID on GTP.

As for the rating classes again : Sometimes I wish there weren't any, or they were an option when it comes to matchmaking. The vast majority loves tight matched battles and it surely provides the best thrill, but it's not the Holy Grail. I've missed these totally mixed up grids once in a while - they are Forrest Gump's box of chocolate .

I love the mixed grill too. I could only upgrade myself by seeing how others were way faster than me. Not fast enough but I got better at least. My equals lure me into thinking I suffice

Oh, I confused things ... definitely meant SR S. Maybe helps him to not being the [ caboose ] of rammers and dive-bombers .

I believe caboose can be used as "the rear of" but I'm a driver, not a wordsmith.

Well, 5 races, 4 poles, 5 fastest laps, 5 wins.

Went up to E A, got smashed to heck and took me down to E B, then after two more races went up to D B. Hopefully better competition because I was on pole by almost 3 seconds except for the first race.

If you run a couple of the daily C races, there's a lot more SR on offer compared to the sprints and that should put you back into SRA in no time at all.

Mid way through DRD but if you get your SR up to S, you get a good chance of running against higher DR's with more points on offer if you can beat them. Beat one or two DRS and your DR will shoot up to high C or possibly even B. The grid quality goes up nicely from B but with a high SR, especially S, the penalties get tougher too. You may need to tailgate a little further back, just in case.

I think I’ll first concentrate on raising my sr too. Yesterday I went down from bb to cc, for quitting after being hit. So depressing...

For the SR and the DR .....i notice most of S/S drivers once they got it ...stop racing and keep their ratings as they re ......they put a lap time but no race
In the fia gt season if you notice ...the gains after race depend on your rating for example a winner with B/S will win 750-800 pts ....an S/S in fourth place will win in the 1000 pts
So plz dont think someone who race daily will keep his rating stable
