26-30c for the last rain free 3 weeks or so. It's like breathing soup.
We did see something weird the other day though. 30C and not a breath of wind mid afternoon. The next thing, a gale force wind kicks up, the closed curtains are flapping out of the open windows, fence panels rattling in their posts and garden furniture has been blown around the garden. 2 minutes later, it was all over... The last time I heard wind like that was in our '87 storm. I don't think it was a weak tornado as we had a few scattered clouds and blazing sunshine so maybe a huge down draft or something. My son lives a mile away and saw nothing. Weird day.
It's long overdue but for those of us who avoid all contact, it'll be a tough transition.
