Jaguar XJ13 - only one
Tank Car - only one
Red Bull X1 - no one

any others?

The Suzuki GSX-R/4, there are probably many more concepts in GT5 that never went into production. Also the F2007, F10 and Formula GT.

I wouldnt say only 1 of the X2010... It's only a 1:1 Scale model...

GTbyCitroen Road. Only 1 (IIRC)

There are plans to build six. As of right now, there is, as far as I know, only one.

Well, there may be two. There is a working one, and there was a concept at its debut motorshow. Not sure if they were the same, or if even the motorshow concept was complete.

Chaparral 2j and 2d race car

Those plans were shuttered years ago. The driving prototype is the only one.

There are only 200 of the Ford RS200 and Peugeot 205 T16.

HSR II? Pretty sure there's only one or two. Isuzu 4200R once was existant, but was destroyed at some point. Some of the tuner cars are also one-offs.

How about the '63 Corvette Z06 Race car?

More than just a few DeLoreans were produced, I don't really think this one is rare.

And, they are still in production. (I think)

Yes the Red Bull X1 is fictional and therefore nonexistent. A car must exist before it can be rare. And this (link) is not a real car, it's just a model: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BAOK49jawl8

Any prototype will be real, and rare: GT-R Proto Concept '05, NSX-R Prototype LM Race Car '02, NSX-R Prototype LM Road Car '02, Miura P400 Bertone Prototype (Pebble Beach Award 2008) '67, etc.

Nearly 9000 DeLorean DMC-12's were made between 1981-82 before the company went bankrupt. Stephen Wynne started a separate company in 1995 and acquired the trademark and remaining inventory. I do not know if it would be considered "production", but you can still get one made to order.

Thank you :)

I knew they were still around. But ya, maybe "production" was the wrong term.

Thanks again :)

Cizeta V16T.

You can still purchase one (you have to do a one hundred thousand dollar deposit to secure you the production slot of your Cizeta, and after that it's progressive payment, a coupe costs you 649 thousand dollars, and the spyder version 849 thousand dollars), but even then very few were ever made to this point.

Those two are actually no more real than the X1 is.

Probably even less so, since I doubt PD made up a full-scale model of them.

The race, concept, prototype cars are obviously "rare".

And since this is a game, some of them are NON existant.

Only 8 were ever sold originally, and 3 were made later. And you can still order them today too.

Only 12 Alfa TZ2's were ever built...

Red bull X1 isnt rare, its FAKE! That has nothing to do with rare...

Its a concept, no more fake or real than other concepts like the new NSX.

Ford GT-40 race car and Buick Grand National GNX ?

Not sure about the GNX. If I remember right, it was a normal mass produced car just for that one year, so it's not really THAT rare.

DGXR

I saw vettel racing the x1 on tv f1 racing....

There were only supposed to be 500 GNXs built, but they ended up building 547 of 'em.

There were only 36 Shelby GT350Rs built.

There were only 22 '71 Charger Super Bees built with the 426 Hemi.

I also remember reading that he did some laps in it somwhere, but could only do a few because the huge amount of G's would do permanent damage to his body.

Ah, okay. Thanks for clarifying. 👍
