[RACECAR]

I finally got back to playing rFactor over the weekend. After being stubborn and stuck to all I know, I finally bit the bullet on the throttle settings and changed over to the trigger. Made a huge difference in driving many cars, I could now actually modulate the throttle when coming off tight corners and I could actually maximize exit speed. On the SCE Mod, it helped alot whe nI was doing some lapping at Road America and I was finally able to drive the BMW Z4 GT3 without spinning. I'm gonna try driving the BMW M3 GT2 around Sebring, that car gave me so much trouble around that track because of that odd, abrupt Torque surge that kept getting the back end around.

Can you guys post your favorite mods with links (other than rfactor central which has a monthly subscription).

To my knowledge you don't need a subscription for rfactor central (unless you want one click installs), onregister to register an account

I've been seriously considering getting this game, if I can acquire it for less than $40, and hopefully via download. If I can get comfortable with it by the 24-hour event, I'd definitely be interested.

You can use TCS, off, low, or high. Whatever you prefer.
