Check and make sure you have a coreshaders.mas in gamedata\apex_shared, per the mod's rFm rFactor looks in that folder for the mod's shaders and if it doesn't find them it'll throw a hissy fit.
 
It shouldn't be in the rFm folder, the rFm file lists \apex_shared as the mod's shaders directory. If coreshaders.mas is in apex_shared as you said then I have no idea.

I'll probably be needing a better performing PC than the laptop I currently have. I plan on purchasing the parts needed for a simracing PC with the recommended specs for rF2 as a guideline over the next few months as I get enough saved for each part. As for the chassis, I'm thinking of getting one of those Thermaltake 'LANboxes'.
 
This thread went silent all of a sudden.

What's the status on a server? I will be available tonight if anyone is up for a race, tomorrow I am busy.

Been working on a skin.
I've finally gotten it pretty figured out.
Will you guys be able to see it online?
It's pretty awesome so far. :dopey:

I might be able to race tonight, not sure though.

As far as the skin, I am pretty sure we would have to have the skin installed in order to see it. We will find out next time we are online...it sound nice!

Edit; ARGrFactor.com is open, Isle of Man TT track (nice track, looking for DL...can't recall/find where I got it from) is up and free, as well as the ! Indonesian Endur with a track I'm not familiar with.

Is it still MoSport for Indonesia? Mosport is a great track! Fast and challenging!!
 
PT GT1 server has Mugello GP, could not find Isle of Man anywhere, sorry :(

Yes, MoSport. Have a link for it (NVM found it)? Lets do that one if you do.

PS; Both versions of the track I found are a mismatch :/

I resquested and got a race department license but got no team yet, we could team up there too!

OK, I'll look into it a bit more tomorrow.
Ferrari could be good. Shouldn't have any consistency issues with that.
I'd say Porsche, as usual, but it being rear engined would make it difficult to keep on the track for 6 hours straight.
Yeah, I'm starting to like Ferrari more and more.
As long as it's not a Corvette. :lol:
 
Practice will be key, we also have to practice pitting and driver change, I have never done it. If we can manage to race on 11/14, we should have a few short all out races so we know the track and our limit well + pit strategy for the specific track. Then have a few pit/driver sessions.
 
I need to figure out the driver change thing too! Never done it before and have no clue on how to do it!!
 
So Jav is it FIA tonight or spa practice?
Or are you going to ditch me and do neither so I'm forced to watch Petit? :dopey:
