I tried to apply hdr after toning the picture, so hdr just made it a bit sharper.

I agree that the number plate looks slightly distorted (on the right-hand side), but - other than that - I really like the extremely strong background blur. Both tones and lighting are alright; the car itself could've been less centred, but it's still fine.
