Hey guys!
Well, don't have good news: found out today that I'll be very busy the upcomming weeks, and only races 5 and 6 will (should) be the ones I'll be available to race. So, I'm ruling myself out of the competition. Maybe I'll see you guys at laguna seca or monza...
Thanks X180, for letting me in and have a taste of what the rest of the series should be. Good luck to all and hopefully you'll have full grids, from now on!

Shame you wont be able to make it especially after our race earlier on as you're a very fast racer and good to race against. Bets of luck with the job and as long as a slots available you're welcome to join (points may have to be reviewed though in the interest of fairness)

My migraine has finally disappeared so you guys can count on seeing my white LFA at Fuji :)
 
That's good to hear, was a shame you couldn't make the season opener last week.

So do we have any more takers for this? I had so many people ask me about joining, private messages and on here yet we have what seems to be a very small grid. Let's hope that grid fills up.

And for those who are racing, don't forget to let me know what car you will be using as well as taking your vote on week 3s theme race at Nurburgring GP-F !
 
Having just gotten off the phone with my boss, I'm afraid that I can't guarantee my attendance at all the upcoming races. We're doing some major reconstructing at work right now, and by the sound of it, we'll be working during the weekends as well... Therefore, I'm not really sure about how many races I'll be able to join, so I'd feel bad about keeping my guaranteed spot on the grid and possibly hindering someone else from participating. I'd like to be moved to the list of reserve drivers instead, seeing as I'm still interested in racing with you guys should I get a day off from work... ;)

I don't think there's anymore need for the 'reserve driver' title with a smaller grid than expected, but whatever.

To be honest, yep, I'm a little worried with the current number of drivers who have submitted their entry. The PSN outage totally seemed to ruin the series.

Eidolon_600, Carbonox is right - with the small grid we have there is no need for a reserve list - just feel free to join when you want. I agree about the PSN outage, it killed this series before it ever got started. Real shame. :indiff:

What time is the race on Saturday??
520pp..What cars can i choose from?? I may be able to do this..Depending on the time.
 
Room opens at 1330 uk time and races start at 1400 and last approx half hour. This weeks race is at Fuji Speedway F. You may use any road car at or under 520pp regardless of weight or power. Banned cars include all race cars, RM models and tuner cars, ie if you want to use a Nissan 350Z then it must originate from Nissan, not Opera and so forth. Their are no tyre or driving aid restrictions. For further details please see posts 1 and 38 :)
 
Now I'm totally starting to find the pace, with 1'40.3 currently the best laptime. I'll be extremely disappointed if there's barely any people to battle with now that I finally have the pace. :grumpy:

Lets see how it goes, I know I've got a disadvantage against you guys again, but whatever - it's just too fun to drive :) I'm a bit scared of those LFA's, most likely I won't be able to keep up on the straights at all - all I can hope for is a nice slipstream. Gonna try make up for it on the slower sections and prove that old Toyota's were better than the new ones :>

Also, I had some serious problems while trying to keep it 520pp, basically I couldn't install any upgrades when I got the turbo. Outcome is, it's just a stock, 15 years old Supra fitted with a big-ass turbine, limited to 93% power... :D

Managed to get 1:42.342 best, can't go any faster than that.
 
Sorry, been away for work. Intend to run the M3 CSL but i'm a bit short of practice. Plus it's my bro's 40th tonight so might be a bit 'fragile' come race day

Cool, we still got an equal lineup to the previous race, including two of the available podium finalists from there. :) Great race coming, I hope!
 
Aww if only the race could hav been 30minutes later, i get home at around 2:30pm.:grumpy: anyways im defo at the next race:)
 
Gutted mate, i don't think it can be held back as a lot of people probably plan their days around it plus i must admit i don't know what the different time zones involved are. :indiff:

room opens approx 1330, race starts at 1400. Don't worry, F1 race isn't until tommorrow!
 
^ Lucky for you, F1 is pretty costly to watch in Sweden. Damn these rising costs that are to great for our government-owned TV channels.

Just how can this happen? My electricity went off and now I only have one and a half hours to get PSN back up...

E: Well now it did go. That was a huge scare, if anything.

PS been driving the Supercar Seasonals in my CSL and winning most of them. Couldn't beat the McLaren @ Tokyo tho.
