SCEE confirms European GT4 launch date

yeah but was that updated today?
The most on what i hope is an ameture website that somone posted a link to was posted today which gets me worried. Lets jus hope its old infor they are working from

If that release date is true, and the US still gets the game after Europe...then theres a good chance we (the use) wont get it until At least April, Pitting it up against Forza like I said.

I give it 2 more weeks of bobbling back and forth until I import it, Thanks to Maskrider I wont have to worrya bout navigating Menu's or anything of the sort.

Maybe I'm stubborn... But the only way I'd import a game is if it wasn't coming out in America, or isn't coming out for like a year. For some reason I'm really picky about that...

Im going to have to go with that website since it says they have an Actual confermation from Sony themselves, and it was just posted today.

The reason im heavilly considering importing it is because I just found out yesterday 2 of my best friends are getting sent to Iraq....and I know they both want to play it pretty bad, but they wont be back until fall 06...
 
Yeah, Odds are Europe gets it on March 11th, but, since they got a confermation on A Release date before us, Im willing to bet we're all going to be playing in April. Unless something changes soon.

I really do bet that they try to put it within a week or 2 of Forza, it'd be an excellent way to Kill any type of Competition that it could create in the future, thats just a guess though, probably a bad one.

Another "guess" is that they could be localizing cars and making the Car list more "US Friendly" LOL not a chance.

Aye, but we have no idea how often that page gets update, meanwhile another page was recently updated hours ago CONFERMING from Sony themselves a realease date, so until I see further proof the Newer link is the newer release date.

I doubt they would do that
I just website saying its been delayed from christmas 2003 to march 2004 lol.
That shows us how much is been delayed
 
No one knows for sure, There are Too many "US Dates" floating around:

Gamestop: February 2nd
Best Buy: Mid~March
Others: Late February.

All we can do is speculate, but since Europe just got a confermation on their release date before us we most likely wont see it until late march / early april.

okay, I just got back, We still have our Computers Saying that It comes out on February 2nd, Im going to guess that will be the official Launch date, it would make alot more sense, especially if the UK's launch is the 25th, im willing to bet thats going to be the Official date

Our computer says Feb 2nd, but thats old, and it'll change soon. I remember when it said Feb 2004:( Forza is probably still listed as have a February release too.

The US has never been completly written in stone but i allways belived it to be 15th march. 25feb for UK. Im not so sure now

Can you conferm that? so far the only Release date thats been Confermed was Europes today, as for the US, Sony has made no such confermation of the US.

And since EU got a confermation before the US that scares me. :nervous:

The Playstation.uk date (Feb-05) was updated the same day that the press advert appeared in OPS2 (which also listed Feb-05) and Evo.

I know because I check the release date on the Sony site daily (very sad, I know) and it was also the day I picked up OPS2, had to wait a few days to get Evo (bloody Christmas post).
