I have yet to complain about anything in GT5 though I have been/am still frustrated with certain aspects of the design, however, these new Seasonals are.... kind of pointless no? I mean they're just like A-Spec races only without the best part of A-Spec races... the gift car afterwards.

a gift car reward afterwards would be cool. but, i'm just happy to have new races every so often.

The game is, as every other game, constantly evolving, and needs constructive critiscisme from its users to do so, but that is not what PD is getting from GTplanet.

Hopefully the spoilt brat community will soon find another game they can avoid in-depth contact with, so the discussions here eventually will mature.

Theres a lot of great stuff to be learned by the tuning and online community here, this game is a longterm thing!

They are worth it in my opinion... they are so different than any other cars you can drive in the game. Even the FGT... How many cars do you have in your garage that probably cost you half a mil and you hardly use anymore? I bet if you added them up you would be close to the price of a F1 Ferrari, and while you cant use it on a/bspec its fine becuase i hardly use those modes anymore anyways.
 
Seems that the races are fine.
And now I have a reason to obtain the Ferrari F1.

I noticed that PD try to use the cars that arent per se needed for A-spec races in the first place. Again, some nice challenges. 👍
 
Seasonal Events were a great idea. Each new series was better than the last. And these ones are trully great. I think it's fair to lower the rewards, regarding that these events are already a great reward.

Excelent job PD. Keep improving like that! 👍

Can anyone tell me co$t of the ferraris?

Seasonal Events were a great idea. Each new series was better than the last. And these ones are trully great. I think it's fair to lower the rewards, regarding that these events are already a great reward.

They pricey, but very fun to drive, one is 10mil other is 12.5mil
 
Epic fail races arnt worth doing rubish xp and cr, also having the ferrari f1 race that most people can not do as they dont have enough time to grind for hours to get one what was kaz thinking. :grumpy:
 
I love these little challenges. I always find myself buying a car that I may not want or ever have though off and end up loving it.

Cant wait to get home tonight!

The amount of whinging and complaining about all the extra FREE content is just mind boggling to me, too many people who think it's their civil right, that they are owed something, remember you paid for the game, not the extra bonus content.

Edit: I know I should leave this topic alone, but it really p's me off how ungrateful some people are.
 
happy to see new events landed. As far as the xp and credit payouts, lol. Lets just say I could do one make races on practice and be this satisfied. The japanese devs who once ruled across many genres have lost touch. Give us something to look forward to weekly to try new cars and get a decent bonus of cash and xp then dash it with **** like rewards that already exist in a spec amateur series, ****ing awesome.....not.

There is no real challenge in seasonal events 7... Audi TT 350 hp (<400 hp) with confort soft tyres = easy win... puf

Have we become reduced to this? Gratefully THANKING PD for doling out a few pitiful races after they stiffed us for 400 from GT4...?

Are we Oliver, pleading 'Please, sir, may I have some more?'

No offense guys, but c'mon! How long would it have taken YOU to think up these few events? Two minutes? Three? Maybe four if you were brain damaged... :dopey:

That's what is so insulting about this. 400 events missing, and their answer is to grudgingly dole out a few every month or so, and them not even STAY IN THE GAME... So, no replay value, no good for anyone buying the game in six months, and the 400 missing events REMAIN 400 missing events.

Why are these events not simply added to A-Spec..? At this rate, in a couple of years or more, we might even have an A-Spec to rival GT4! But NOOOoooo! No soup for you!

Pretty happy with the new races but there is one thing missing from the F1 challenge. 78 laps around Monaco (Cote d'Azur). Now that would have made my day.

Bear in mind that it's probably not the same people complaining at each stage. If someone complained that the 1-3rd were too hard, they're unlikely to suddenly complain that the next set are too easy.

These forums can sound like one united voice, when the obvious reality is that it's lots of voices.

I do agree with your last line, though.
 
At first I was to say a bit at a loss with the new events but thinking about it they are really good. When you think about it the last season you had to buy and tune the cars up at a lot of expense for not much reward at the end (if you remember season 6 race event 1 that schwimmagen thing) at least these events you have cars for the job already.

People are always going to complain that the game is not going in the direction that they want (nature of the beast) PD cannot please everyone all the time. The game has only been out a couple of months as it evolves it can only get better and lets hope that PD keep doing a good job with regular updates and some good DLC.
 
Well I only buy my cars for collecting and online races because the A-Spec is terrible, so the seasonals were all about money nothing more now thats been ruined its time to grinding Indy and dupe....everyone blamed Sony for the game been rushed yet its now been shown that its PD who dropped the ball.....6 years it took to polish this ****.....enjoy fanboys

LOL.......... no thanks, i hated the 20 laps round monaco in the FGT, now a full length F1 race round suzuka would get my vote

Bonus content remind me again how long did we all have to wait for the game in the first place, then they release the game many years later only for it to be half done an missing major components eg, leader boards. This bonus content as you put it isn't a bonus at all there just finishing the game while we all play so i believe people have the right to complain.

ever heard of B spec? guess not! i'm a lvl 33 A 39 B and quickest way to get money is A or B spec lvl 24 dream championship. 1 mil in under 50 mins.

see your even on the wrong track!
