No tuning restrictions? What the hell. This is just stupid. I loved the challenge of the first 2 lots. This is just going to be too easy now.
 
If it's true that these are way to easy I'll be quite disappointed. I liked the last ones how they were a challenge.
 
You can always do what I am doing. Set your own limit. With stock cars the events are (so far, done two) doable AND challenging. There you have your solution.

no weight and power restrictions?!? ouch i dont know about that, too easy to exploit...
and i already have 3 of those cars! just hop in and laugh all the way to the bank

Wow they brought out the third set of races already? I haven't even got around to doing the second set yet. Not that I'm complaining. Extra races are always appreciated. Gotta put aside some time tomorrow night for these.

Kinda disappointed to hear that they are so easy though. I had a ton of fun tuning cars for the first set. Dialing in the suspension and learning the characteristics of each car was enjoyable and challenging. It does make sense for them to change up the rules this set though. It would probably become a little boring if they had similar restrictions for every new set of events.

Hopefully all this restriction lifting is just PD experimenting to see what the community prefer.

Whilst I'm not happy they've done this, I'd rather have new seasonal events every couple of weeks than nothing at all.

If they make these races give out the kind of XP they are, it may help to silence a few of the people complaining about the grinding.

I kinda liked the change too, as I can still play and get the challenge of beating those races with the stock cars, but it stills pretty easy...
Ford GT was the hardest, that cizeta gave me a hard time in the last straight
but the last one was a joke
 
It looks like they removed the restrictions from the second set of races too.

As someone new to the game/series , the first two sets were a bit too hard for me (i golded a couple, and got at least silver/bronze on most of the others) - but this seems to remove all the challenge! Good way to get credits/experience at least - and try out some different cars.
 
Started with the Rome one myself for big bucks. Was completely floored how simple it was. 1st on 1st try with no real effort.

How does a super easy race that loads you up with heaps of XP not boring?
 
Wow really? I was hoping now that the game is almost done for me, there is at lest something left to do.

It seems they bow to whinning and try hard to please people who already paid for the game.

Cmon guys make this like it was (hard). I guess next patch they will just give us 20 mil credits and red bulls in all color shades.

Totaly agree with the fun aspect of previous races. You end up buying brand new car you would not otherwise buy and really really really work on it. Get the set up just right to get silver or gold.

This is a joke.

First they make quite difficult (but accomplishable) challenges, now it's downright easy...

When will PD ever get it right?
 
Prius + Soft Racing + Exhaust = 30sec Victory... too easy.

I've managed gold on Bonus Races #1 and #2 which were a lot harder than these... it's a cake walk
 
I have to gripe about the easiness too, i'll give them a whirl tomorrow when Le Mans is done. Works out ok for me, though, those big bucks will help me bump up my cr to buy that 2J that just showed up in the online dealer. How much is it, 19.7mill? I think i'm on 14 something.

Run the races stock. They are decent stock... If you are just a beginner you can throw some tuning in so you don't get too frustrated.
 
My stupid FGT has been Orange for all 3 updates! It looks hot pink in the preview no way I am buying this.
 
They are allowed to change it up. Bonus set 1 was good fun, 2 was harder. This is just a bit of a freebie, why complain so much? I'm happy I get the money and XP.
 
I prefer the 2nd events where it was actually a CHALLENGE to win....now I fall asleep winning.
 
Wow... Too easy, just completely walked the first and last race with dead stock cars, and I suck.

the most challenging believe it or not was the prius one!

full stock car, no oil change or better tires
