One of the most recognized and popular fictional circuits ever to grace the Gran Turismo community. It is most commonly remembered for its Uphill/Downhill (Depending on which course direction chosen) "Jumps".
Oh man, I loved and hated this track. Hated it because I could never get that GT90 from the endurance race in GT2. NEVER! >:-( Loved it because I would take the corners of this track like a madman in my RX-7 GT-C.
Would be great to see it return, however if it's gonna look as bad as Laguna Seca in terms of graphics then it's not worth it. Especially, being a city circuit.
I will never be 100% satisfied with any GT game until they bring this one back!!! I support this! I believe the track was left out because the real world streets have changed... The first half of the track is where all the fun is and that has not changed much since the original track.
This track is where I test to make sure that my ps2 remotes still work, and anyways 16 people on that track would be fun anyways
-> Um, while were at it. I'd like to mention the Short Course too: ^ Perfect for doing the Tokyo Drift-like mischef online!
I support it too. If that is PD's reason for leaving it out, I don't consider it a good enough reason. They had no problem creating fake roads for places like Eiger Nordwand, so why should they be so fussed about a couple of corners in Seattle (and the other street courses that used to be in the game)?
GT6 is severely lacking in city circuits, it needs this! Other than the fact it's a damn good track anyway.
Growing up, this was the track I grew to despise. Words cannot manifest the anger I felt as a young boy, not being able to conquer this course.. ..and that's why it gets my vote.
Epic track. I would love for it to return. I don't care if it's not an accurate representation anymore.
Ok, remember the NSX Concept trailer? It showed the car racing at SEATTLE AND APRICOT HILL. Apricot Hill is here on GT6, WHY NOT SEATTLE? FULL SUPPORT ON THIS! SEATTLE CIRCUIT FTW!
Best city circuit in the entire GT series IMO. This is a clip that compares it between GT4 and real life:
