Until I manage to develop some decent technique, this is the ride of choice, a '79 Bluebird coupe:

I typically drift in cars that have a much higher power output, but I'm not seeing any improvement in my ability, so I felt it best to start trying to drift in something that would force me to rely on something other than powersliding.
