Actually as long as you focus on the car you won't have that problem, but the background may be a bit blurry depending on how close you are to the car when you take the pic

The problem with this photo is that there is no sense of speed. Notice it looks like your wheels aren't moving.
Lower thee shutter speed to maybe 1/30 or lower and change the panning mode and you will get much better results.

I don't know why but the S13 is really, really good for drifting. Isn't the prettiest of cars but drifts really good, i just don't know why.
