It's definitely a step to the right direction. I was definitely happy to claim 47,580,000 as I launched the game and did some menuing :D

On a more serious note, kinda glad the main grinding spot is on circuits instead of rally this time around. I also greatly appreciate the fact we have far more cars available at once in the UCD/LCD.

CE total payout is actually 47,700,000, missed Northern Isle.

No way, Multiplayer Lobbies are still a Nightmare.
It’s beyond me how lazy PD is.
I‘m very disappointed with them.
I‘m no Coder or Programmer and have absolutely no idea how difficult it might be to reprogram the Multiplayer Lobby Architecture.
Very very poor what they delivered so far in that Regard 😐

Endgame is fixed now. They just have to tweak the economy for on going playing now. But this is exactly is where they needed to go and I’m confident in them continuing to provide content and updates. They pumped out like 8 updates in a month since launch. Don’t expect that frequency forever but clearly they are motivated Lol.

Good enough for a 917mb download. The world GT championship pulls in 800K without clean race bonus. It should be 750K but the last race at the Nurburgring gets 150K, presumably due to it taking longer than the 12 minutes of the other races.

Tried one of the Endurance races. Redbull ring. It was a sort of proper race with the lead car at the head of a single file. I got up to 5th place then it rained on and off for a couple of laps before really coming down. I pitted for wets but the AI took Inters, they had to put again when the rain got worse. That put me in 3rd place. Then it went wrong. I pitted one lap too early for slicks and spun three times and dropped down to 11th. I recovered one position and finished 10th but with a grin on my face. It was fun.

Completely agree. It's beyond stupid that the lobbies are still a broken mess. It is killing the game!

I have had to put all plans for my crews organised events on hold until they are sorted, which by the looks of things could be some time, if at all...😠😠😠😠😠

Economy, sure. It's great that people are happy with all this money! But I don't care as much about the money as I do the unplayable cars that still exist, and their subsequent nerfing with BOP.

When all the broken cars get closer to the drivability of their IRL counterparts I will be happier, but I've still never been unhappy with the game, and have a bunch of fun with it regardless.

It is a good step in the right direction. Now there is still plenty of steps to reach a state somewhat close to what they advertised.

deffeintly a positive i really would like some 900pp 1000pp events or gr2 gr1, classic races and more cafe menu books but im pretty happy with where were at now.. i wOuldnt mind being able to aquire swaps and special parts though some difficult races or something besides roullete as well

I'm happy on the offline content and expect them continue with decent changes. Sport mode and Multiplayer need a lot more attention and credit rewards.

I also want to buy engine swaps. Would pay 1m, 5m, 10m for an engine swap as long as I can actually pick it.

There's still a lot to fix and implement into the game, in terms of fun and improving the in-game economy, but at least this is one of a few first steps, and is a good sign and a step in the right direction.

Really happy with this update. I feel they have acknowledged the opportunities and faults and this is a confirmation of their commitment to the offered solutions. This already makes a large difference and gives a lot of confidence for the near future.

For me personally, yes.
The credits from the circuit experience will keep me alive for a while, and when there's a car I want there are ways to earn money within a reasonable time. And I'm rather sure there are not many cars that cost more than 10 million that I want, so grinding that won't be that much of an issue.

But I completely understand that people who are using online lobbies a lot are not happy. The state of them is a shame, they should at least be at the same level that GT Sport has.

Do we feel the economy is fixed?

Circuit Experience payouts help right now, but overall the changes won’t enhance my experience on a day to day basis in the long run. The majority of events I enjoy, such as the Clubman Cup, are for unknown reasons unaffected by the economy changes. Besides, the attractive Custom Races are still not adequately rewarding.

My inner cynic also suspects that PD might have counterbalanced the favourable economy changes by making the chance of receiving lucrative daily tickets less likely. It would be one way for them to push their microtransactions agenda without making it blatantly obvious. I guess the coming weeks will paint a picture.

Not 100% but I'd say 85% which is pretty ok IMO.

The game needs more events for lower cars like 450, 500 and so on. More country specific races, more brand races and most importantly, 700 and 800 races for things that aren't race cars. I think those will come later on but many cars are difficult to use right now.
