[SOLVED] Didn’t receive gift car from stream… any idea?

Hey, as the title says I didnt receive the 2 gift cars from watching the stream. It did say entry submitted prior to the end date… any ideas?

I don't understand how this is solved? The stream said it was available and open until October 4th. I watched the stream and it confirmed that the rewards were submitted but I too never received them.
