I didn't want to give my credit card details because of the hacking as well how ever go to hmv or a store like that and buy the psn cards. All you have to do if find the code and redeem it then you can buy things in the psn store without credit card details.

I think that they should not be aloud to race on it like it is now. It is unfair for you to pay $20 for it then have some kid join your lobby and start racin on it. It now means that to make their game better than it already is you are going to have to pay for it in stead of joining a mates lobby and racin on it. good idea pd!

I only had to pay £9.49 for the complete game pack and not $20 for it .

Put your details in, go buy the DLC then delete your details simples.

Anyway there has not been 1 report of credit card fraud since sony was hacked, you are being over courtous.

That won't work. The card needs a name on it.

A psn card will work. After Sony's recent history regarding keeping sensitive information secret, there is no way in hell I'm entrusting my info to them.

Did you not read my comment above. As soon as you have paid you delete youir billing details, safe as houses. And like i said no one has had any fraudulant cleims because of the hacks, so stop making mountains out of molehills.
I dont know about security where you live but any fraud on my UK card is covered by the card company, Im sure there must be something similar in place in the USA.

And prepaid cards do work you just put your name to the purchase in the billing section. Oh I forgot thats rocket science isnt it. LOL

The DLC track pack didnt appeal to me but after playing online on spa my mind was changed and bought the DLC a week after release.

So the free play made me buy it, i can see why PD have done it though.

And for anyone not willing to have their cards details on sonys servers buy a psn gift card

You do realise that what you have stated their is a completely different type of money than what I have stated? I used Australian dollars to buy everything, paint,cars,tracks and whatever else was in there. You have stated that you are using english pounds or euro's (I don't know which symbol is which). So don't say I only paid this much for it when they are two different types of money!

the way i see it ; when you go to a shop, you can watch the item you want to buy, hold it and touch it, even play a demo....

but when you buy it is yours, and you are in control

if you do not buy it, stop winning..... or do you get your stuff out of the shop also for free ????
