I mostly did the license tests and special events. After that I karted a lot. I think I won the Mugen Motul Civic and used that, too, but the first car I actually bought was the Z4.

As soon as I got it up to 200 hp, me and an old friend had the most epic first online races in GT5 with our starter cars. I had the Miata and he had an EK Civic. My avatar is also a picture of that race.

I don't remember having to do that, but the Special Ones, like the Karting and Top Gear stuff, I did that, too, for a bit of money, and used what ever gift cars I won.
