Suspicious malware on newspage?

Just recieved this alarming message when viewing GTP's news page.

Unblocking the image reveals this:

Did the page completely refresh after you unblocked the content? I ask because the top banner changed between those two screenshots, so I'm not sure the banner image of the man at the poker table is actually what McAfee had originally prevented from being displayed. Regardless, gambling ads are not allowed here, so that ad should never have never been ran by the ad network.

Yes, it did, I kept refreshing but no other messages came up. It seems to be replaced by a ad for NFS World, so thats better than a malware warning:tup:
