hey would any of you happen to know where i can find some wheels for my corolla that takumi had on his corolla in initial d. I can't seem to find them.

Any info will help. Thnx

The stock rims on the Trueno SS version are the Watanabe's that Takumi had on his 86. There is a good reason for this.....

The S.S. stands for Shuhichi (not sure if I spelled that right) Shigeno, who was the creator of Initial D. It has the Group A engine, with the 11k redline, just like the show. It has a CF hood, because in Fourth Stage, Takumi replaces the stock hood, to make up for the extra weight of the new engine. The only things it's missing are the Foglamps, and the "Fujiwara Tofu" on the side........

If it looks good why not duplicate it?

****, might as well say "Drifting - what ever happened to originality".

Eh, I used to like Watanabe's, but I got away from em, but then I got away from the whole gunmetal black look too. When I get rims for my AE86 they are gonna be either white or polished aluminum. Or I could just get some Watanabe's and paint them white and be the most original guy out there, muahaha.

Sigh. Do you know what originality means? You wouldn't copy it, because it is cooler to do your own style and make that look good. Sigh. Also, the style of rims on your car and drifting as a sport are two very different things. Don't compare them like that.

Corrections...
Suichi Shigeno, creator of Initial D
Shigeno actually has the car in this game... and it has a 10k redline, not 11k like the show.

If you put the 3rd stage turbo on it, it gives it an 11k redline.............. ;)
