Money problem solved. Just finished the Millionaire's Challenge in 58 minutes with my stage III S7. It'll go 240 if you can keep from hitting anything!

I'll be creating the club in just a few minutes. Everybody interested in joining, add my gamertag (Ebiggs).
 
You sure about that? I think I drove back through the marker for the start after I completed it, unless it is for a different race afterwards? Maybe you have the filter set to only show "unsuccessful" (uncompleted) races.

Someone said on GameFaqs forum that the "users" that review just consider gameplay and don't consider pop in, frame rates, uber graphics, etc... and that the professional reviewers take everything into account, hence the "low" scores. I kinda agree with what he said, because that's basically how I "review" a game. If the gameplay is great, I'll love it.

The only "option" for the McLaren F1 is the paint.

Ok, I'm going to add you. I couldn't find the place where the club is, since I couldn't find any $400k clubs in the north-northeast part of the island. So, add me to the club, or tell me what the name of the place you made the club at is. :)

Oh yeah, forgot about the interior. You have 2 choices. Black on black or Red on black. I'm assuming the Red/Black changes to whatever color you pick initially, ie, blue would be blue/black.

And I don't know if you can tune it. I don't know why you would want to anyway. It's hard enough to control as it is. :crazy:
 
by looking at the atari boards it looks to easy.People have 3 houses 10 cars and $1,000,000+ left after 1-2 days of play:(

Actually, the club was $750,000. I just needed $400,000 more. :P

If you look at the two-page map in the manual, it is in cell A7, right on the line between A and B.



Club name is GTP Official, by the way.

4-6 different exteriors, and either a black or red wheel. The F1 GTR stays as is.

Anyways, I've now find using the 8C against the GTs in the Alfa Romeo races makes for an easy $75,000. I haven't found an easier cash cow race.

Is the Millionaire's Challenge filled with Alfa Romeo GTs and only 2.4 miles long? :sly:

It only gives out $75,000, but you can make a lot of dough this way with probably 3-4 minute races.
 
I've started a GTP UK club, its at the bottom of the map, just to the right of the crater.

Called GTP UK.

I've gone in to club management but can't seem to invite anyone ? Whenever I click on a person to join it tells me,

"This person has not been on-line in Test Drive Unlimited before"​

It wont let me invite anyone ? Any tips as to why?

Feel free to ask for an invite - If you can that is

ps - Mods - Is it OK to start a GTP UK official club thread? I guess I never thought I'd need to ask permission to use GTP for a club name??? :guilty:

 
OK I've been away and discovered that there are some teething problems with the car clubs, some are fine but others have the same problem I had, others have to wait hours and hours before their club invite comes through. I might have to sell up and get another club when its fixed.

I'll leave the current club there for now though - Update soon
 
This game is growing on me, i lowered the steering sensitivity and it made a differense in staying on the road at high speeds. I'll try to join the GTP car club today. played for 7 hours yesterday.
 
This pic says more about this game than I could write. I'm the SLR, my mate is the F1 and the other 2 we just met cruising, we drove for about 30mins, parked up took photos and now we're all mates. This game is brilliant !!

Well, I did the Millionaires Challenge again and got the 21st fastest time. I'm off first place by less than 1 minute and 30 seconds. I figure that if I don't crash at all, I can make first place using my MV Agusta F4 Tamburini with lvl3 tune. :)
 
Couldn't get the game this weekend (had no time and second-guessed it), but I'll try and get it this week. Sounds too good to be true, and fun.

One question before I get it...How's the races online? Are they fun?
 
I havn't done any online races other than a few instant challenges. Those were nice and lag free. I havn't met any idiots yet, which is a good thing.

What do you mean by "idiots"? I consider people idiots like this one guy who talked smack about how he was going to smoke me in my Saleen S7 with his Z06.

I know what you mean, I had a guy shouting about how I couldn't touch him on his MV in my SLR, he wasn't so smug when I passed him around 250mph all you heard was "wha......wtf ........no f'in way man!!! ...I'm doing 238mph and you just blew right f'in by me...... sh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!t ".

So funny crossing the line 700 yards ahead of him. He refused a re-race surprisingly enough. lol
Brilliant.
