Right then guys, it is time to announce the rules for the All-Star Race.

The week after the Dover race will be when this all happens but, first, we will have a premlim round and this will be for all of the people that haven't got into the All-Star Caption. There will be two people to come from this and they will transfer straight into All-Star Caption competition.

At the most, before the caption for the Darlington race (which Justin has already given me), the people who have not qualified are:

Ian Poole, NicksFix, Omnis, crazytortoise, LancerEvo7GSR, Cale, daan, ty00123, interludes, homeforsummer, Jim Prower, SR-71 Blackbird, Aldo001, Earth, orimarc and zed300

There last change to get in by right will be the voting for the Dover race but, if they do not get in, there will be a special caption for them only put up after the Dover race and last for one day with voting being one day and the top two transfers into the All-Star Caption and join Mariner-9, 01GTP, peterjford, LSX, Touring Mars, Soundtrack, TS, Pescara For GT5, mafia_boy and Justin

The rules for the All-Star Caption are as follows:

There will be four pictures put up in total (one on Monday night, one of Tuesday, one of Wednesday and one on Thursday) and ALL the people who have been entered into the All-Star Caption through their respective ways in will be required to caption for all four.

As soon as the Friday afternoon comes around, the fourth and final caption will be closed off and the voting will start with all four being put up at the same time and you will be voting for your favourite only for each picture
