I HIGHLY doubt it. What would that accomplish? They've witheald a lot of information about the game thus far and if disks(or one disk) are being leaked the only thing delaying it will cause is more and more information about the game to be leaked until we know everything about it but can't play it. Unless they really, really want to catch the guy but I highly doubt Sony is going to lose out on millions of dollars by missing a holiday release just to catch one dude in Australia.

That guy is trying to cover up his tracks now.. , the funny thing is, obviously , he's taken many many games out of that factory. GT5 was just the latest one. Black Ops before it. So this must be real. In which case, why havnt they given a release date yet? ? ?

I don't know... I remember when mw2 came out and a few people spent time creating theses fake labels on discs just thinking it was funny to get a rise out of people. After witnessing that I just can't believe these labels anymore. And now he says his ps3 is broken... Great timing huh? Well I sure hope it's true

But the unfortunate thing is he was bragging about it. If he was modest and posted limited pictures of the game with no connection to his true identity he may have been safe

Ah what a fool. If I stole a copy of GT5 I wouldn't be telling anyone, no matter how tempting it is. But it'll make little to no difference once the games out, I'm guessing people will pirate the game after release anyway.
All of that said, it really is sad. All that hard work PD have put into it.

I would imagine with the sudden turn of events and the removal of the image on such an abrupt notice, Sony may be finally letting the cat out of the bag, they just needed something to kick them into gear and clear the air? Maybe they've realized how fast we all jumped on this guy over a single picture of a disc
