I was wontering what i do wrong in that TT in no tune .....
Give me a very hard time and the only place i could pick some time seems the last part .
Half of the field is in 16s mid and i fight just to enter in 17s high .
Not to mention the red laps in the damn first S .
What is your BB you fast guys ?
Mine 4-5 TC 1 ABS 1.

I'm running 4-5 TC 0 ABS 0

Also the reason for the time change is that it adds an extra level of difficulty, anyone can run fast in the light, but when the apex is hard to define it makes you appreciate driving lines and breaking points more

I did once 5.000 plus in the second sector but zero the 2 others

Just to informe @bjl23 ...... am just a fraction quicker than you at Daytona , nothing big ,few tenhs. at 41.3 lower than yours.
I think even if i stay third ,still i win it cause i have 2 wins over one that excpecting from Nath.

Bro Use the Hybrid System


This VGT car with Hybrid system fo sho uses TCS & ABS so I set it to TCS-1 ABS-1

TCS/ABS I spent most time in GT series 0/0 but now I'm car specific. If the car dont have it I don't use it. Example 97T Lotus I run ABS-0 TCS-0 same with cars like the YB & F40 but newer cars with ABS standard I run ABS-1. Most race cars these days actually run ABS and TCS so like a GT3 car Ill run ABS-1/TCS-1 I've run them plenty 0 TCS but rather run the cars as they are run in real life. Same with Hypercars, I've used up to TCS-3 on cars like the Tomahahawk. Nowardays its legal and race cars developed with them, gone are the days of no assist like manual transmissions with clutch pedals.

I jokingly refer to my stick shift as a poor mans anti theft system, kids stealing cars these days cant drive stick lol I have a viper system for those old school Kats lolololol

The track was Red bull ring full version and the tunes was from
NSX @Thorin Cain
ZZII @praiano63
Lotus @xande1959
all of them tune at 550 pp and tyres SS. The NSX fit my style perfect but all of them can be winners in right hands ,the ZZII seems capable to handle way more power and when i test it at 500pp was struggle a bit , so i rase them all at 550 pp.

i try to rase my score in the initial challenge but nothimg works out , now just waiting Handsome's win at Daytona and where the time will go in no tune challenge from the creatures of the night .......to rase the bar of shame for me and my love to hate mate @bjl23.
A vid from that 16 midle runners will be grate to see how the hell deal with it.

So... I've been busy!

Firstly, I tried to improve my drift score and top 10,000 but it wasnt to be. The Trueno suffers from no torque and the first section is too agonizingly tight to drift on in such a car. So, I think I'll just accept the score as it is.

Next, I set about topping the 25k challenge leaderboard. But I didnt want to top it. I wanted to destroy it.
Mission accomplished.

Finally, I decided to give the no tune challenge a go. Not the best by far, but considering this was pretty much a "one hit wonder" for me, I think I did alright.

It's a bit hard to do that when we go to polyphony digital cup races as we can't change any settings But the winner of this round can do something like that for the next VGT TT like @RMan72 did with this round.
Unless anyone can think of a way around it?

The problem is you can tune cars there, and I know what your going to say 'no one tune them' I do trust everyone here but it's just fair this way.

I'm am asking people to design an event so when it's everyone's turn go nuts.

I just ran in the rain using racing soft tires. What a trip that was as I wanted to see how hard it would be to run with racing slicks at Le Mans. Will have the video up in a few as it is loading as we speak. Super great mate that you should bring this up
