Some grammer would make it easier to understand. Wanker, I think everyone would know that :odd:
It's a very offensive word this side of the pond, but I've heard it used on The Simpsons.

Anyway, I just didn't see the point of that post. It was incoherent because you were rambling on about green beams and tinfoil suits.

I don't like sports games, but I'm not going to bother posting about how I hate them on a GTA forum and asking for people to explain to me why I should play them instead of other games I like. What's the point?

KM.

Okay, will do Matt, advice taken without offence.

Well this is an off topic GTA thread, which i thought would mean that the posts don't necessarily have to be directly linked to grand theft auto?

I think it was more unfocused than incoherent, but i agree that my posts aren't as refined and clear as some of the more experienced users, but in all fairness, that isn't really anything to be overly ashamed about.

Hopefully that was better?(im being genuine here despite that sounding sarcastic)

It IS an off topic thread, so you can compare the games etc.

BTW -- grammer = much better 👍

KM -- you're a what now?

Yeah that's alot better. It was much easier reading, I didn't have to think. Which I like.

Harsh...although, it's not as offensive here, it's still offensive. Can be quite offensive when in wording. But oh well, it's over, moving right along...

And yeah letdown427, watch out for this KM guy, he rambles about anything I tells ya!

Erm, its grammAr
j/k

"Wanker, i think everyone would know that"

I dont think he was calling me a wanker, merely referencing the word i used, so it wasn't harsh.

At least thats how i interpreted it.

Ummm, yes, that's how I meant it...

@KM Same here! I really need this game, everything else is boring me to tears. Oh well, I guess I'll go to bed then...and cry...no wait, scrap that, just watch Snatch :D

Well, it's official. I'm no longer posting late at night on weekdays. Reason? Well, lately my 3 hours sleep a night, is catching up on me. I've fallen asleep in class like every day, and I just don't have energy.

From now, I'm going to drag myself away from the PC, and into bed on weeknights, at 11/11:30. On weekends however, expect to still see me posting at 4am.

But don't think I won't be posting as much. I'll still be here as normal, just one session less.

(I'm also on GMT+10 for anyone who cares)

Hell, I never though I'd see the day when you stop posting that early...

Yeah neither. I never believed the people that told me it would catch up on me, you included. Sorry for doubting the people that told me (a couple on GTP did, too, as well as you). I feel so fresh and alive today.

I remember the days when I used to sleep for half a day almost.

I think 99% of offensive words that you brits know are used by us too, I just think it's the majority of yanks that don't know alot of them. But then again I didn't know what a curmudgeon was.

I think of "bugger" as a much less offensive form of b@stard. Basically, the least offensive name you could ever call somebody. That's the way I would take it anyways.

Jimmy Enslashay
Yes, and I don't think "Bugger" in Australia is the same as "Bugger" in America.
C'mon sunshine, lets keep it clean. The mouth on you, Kiss your mother with that mouth?.
Im only joking, im bored

But Canada and America are very different places.
R32GTST/M
To quite GTA3 they say" Alu-mini-um instead of alu-minum".
I thought they were 2 different meanings? Eh.

But that's why I agree with calling their language "American". It would be almost foreign if people weren't so influenced by them! Now our language is becoming American.

England has stayed true, though (somewhat).

They both mean the metal that coke cans and beer cans and the like are made of. But for some reason the Americans removed the extra "i" from the spelling and pronunciation.

Thats the American language though, they either don't pronounce the word properly, or they over pronounce words.
But eh who am i too talk, speak to any Aussie and they'll say us Kiwi's talk funny.
