It's just a little too on the nose and for some reason I feel like "Southeast Asia" wouldn't be capitalized if it was sincere.

The profile picture is also of UK comedian David Mitchell, presumably taken from his comedy series 'Peep Show' - which seems a bit too highbrow a choice for a genuine MAGA dumbass - hence I agree that it is most likely a joke.
