I'm not comparing the Doppler effects, I just posted that vid which is completely unrelated to what I was quoting.

At least the car is sounding sublime

Direct audio from the game has more oomph on my sound system than this video, sounds heavily compressed. Additionally, Turbo cars will never sound as awesome as NA Cars due to the turbos messing with the exhaust stram. New Gen F1 as well as the 98T is exactly what i mean.

What I quite like about the sounds for this car in pcars is that the interior sound varies from the exterior sound in that it loses the deep bassy exhaust sound and sounds more like the sound from the engine, which judging by this real life video, is accurate. I bring this up because assetto corsa and gt6 doesn't have this for this car

I think what you are missing is not the doppler effect but some kind of extreme reverb and that the sound is not clipping.

As stated before, superb environmental effects for a totally wrong and raspy sample that has been used since the Red Bull Junior Car came to GT6
