I just discovered the trick to get a 4WD drift. I don't wanna say how just yet. I'd rather make a vid and hear about how you guys drift 4WD cars because I always thought it was impossible.

hmm battle, i donno what this "trick" may be, should be interesting since i am an avid 4WD drifter.
i just do four wheel drifts all the time, never countersteer..only till i decide my drift is done do i turn the wheels to regain traction. its like i'm literally on rails
:D

there is no secret to 4wd drifting, ya just need to know what to tune and how to tune it. i love driftin in my Evo. real fun ride. esp. on midfield n apricot hill.

There are distinct differences between AWD drifting and FR, but it's by no means impossible. FR is more fun/challenging though.
Even nk4e thinks so.

Nice text color/avatar/province, Zamataki.

I've been able to drift with the Ford Focus for a while now without much problem. I pretty much had it setup more like a rwd. ;)

It's all in opinion, I personally find AWD more fun.

I live right bellow you, in northern Washington............ I have been to B.C. quite a few times...........

I'm not sure about this trick thing, but you have my interest aroused..............

;)

the easiest way i could drift an awd is i got the r34 hopped it up on everything i could hp wise then i got full-cus susp.and tranny, stage 3 weight, sports tires, one way lsd, then i turned down asm to 1, tcs to 2. changed the suspension and tranny settings. now all i have to do is let off the gas tap the brakes hit the gas again and im in an all wheel drift with countersteer but i think its a lot more challenging to drift a fr.

all you gotta do if you want to paralell drift an 4wd is equip the vcd and put low grip tires on the rear. tap the e-brake hard at entry and wooda a paralell dift. or you can just do the pro way.
