Morning all.

On the road discussion, most of our minor roads here are wide enough for 2 cars... Drivers just don't seem to understand that that means they drive on the left, not the middle of the road.

Equestria has been doing weapons deals with Israel, so now they can get there hooves on some sweet looking assault rifles. That being said, I quite like the design of the FN F2000, plus it has that modern look about it as well.

Yay, finally figured out the end-game for my story! It involves DBZ-style power battles!

I wrote a movie treatment for university that had that happen at the end... It was terrible. Somehow I got a 70-80% mark on it.
Not my greatest moment in life.

I watched a poor quality video of this a couple of days ago, so I couldn't get a good idea of how Rainbow Dash sounded. Her voice is clearly more masculine than it is in the English dub, but at least she hasn't swapped gender like Spitfire did in the Polish dub.


Also, it sounds like RD makes some sort of yapping sound at around 1:11.

Although with RD here, it's only her voice. Spitfire on the other hand... well, I don't know why they did it.

I wanted to take a look at that earlier but I never got round to it. I felt that this sort of story based around Spike's fantasy in A Dog and Pony Show would appear one day, and I'm a little surprised that it has taken this long for it to happen. It's too late for me to read anything right now, so I'll check it out some other time.

I'll be making a cleaner version of that avatar tomorrow. The free trial of the good editor I use ran out so I'm stuck with GIMP. And it likes to destroy the quality of gifs when resizing.

It requests a permission from the group's manager, then he accepts or rejects the request, I thought it worked by invitations only but it doesn't, is just an authentication by the groups moderator(and one of the main reasons W&N created that thread over the help forum, to get around that problem and a few others).

Besides I have seen a few more people with pony related avatars and remarks, perhaps that is a good sign.

That seems about right actually, although I thought I would be leaning more towards Twilight, but whatever.

Grand Canyon was a stunning background in GT4, and it's probably the best background featured in any PS2 game. The photo mode locations aren't quite as stunning in GT5, but each one is highly detailed of course, and a few locations make for some brilliant shots like Kyoto-Gion and the Red Bull Hangar.
