It's hardly 70 degrees outside! WTF!?

:D

Unfortunately, I'm still inside. I didn't even get to go outside and enjoy it during lunch because a bank we do work for brought us food.

As of last night I have gotten an inch and a half of rain this week. I got a half inch over the weekend and an inch yesterday.

We've had about that for the whole year so far, better than last year, but still not that good. :indiff:

Pretty nice I think..

Humidity: 88%
Dew Point: 70 °F
Wind: 0.0 mph
Wind Gust: 0.0 mph
Pressure: 29.94 in (Rising)
Heat Index: 73 °F
Visibility: 7.0 miles

It looks like rain is on the way! The wind has picked up and clouds are appearing. This is definitely well needed after a full three or so weeks of hot and dry.

Seriously. 95 (a guess, the car said 99) is too hot.

The wind ended our drinking early . Still, if tomorrow is going to be 20 degrees cooler, I won't be too sad.

Same here. From high 80's to high 60's for the next couple of days. Of course the thunderstorm for today has been rather anti climatic. I saw some lightning and such off in the distance but it never seemed to make it here :(

BOO! The rain came, and stopped within 5 minutes. Hopefully it'll rain tonight.

It knocked out some spots on the power grid around here tonight. It's really scary pulling up to completely dark stoplights and hoping everyone else sees them and stops too.

My street is also orange from all the pine needles. Good fun. And then I wonder how we can be having this weather here with Portland getting rocked by thunderstorms the whole week.

I turned on the heater and it's 13C inside... brrrrr............ Not game to check what it is outside. :scared:

here it's like 9C outside, 15C inside. Not too bad. But it will get worse, we haven't had any frost hear yet.:scared: When's the gonna come?:scared::yuck:👎

95 in Seattle? Maybe I don't want to move there. It's been nice here, gets down into the upper 30's at night and mid 70's during the day. No humidity either.

Might rain this weekend, and we do need it since I'm getting sick of watering the lawn.

We have cloud cover today so it's not too cold. I just hope it's dry tomorrow when I got to Winternats to see a top fueller in action for the first time. They're predicting it will be fine, but they said that for today too and there was a heavy but sorta brief shower, and yesterday they predicted rain but it was fine.:dunce:

Keep in mind that that is very weird weather for Seattle. Weather-wise, I'd be cautious though. The weather here has been getting weirder and weirder the last couple years. This winter, we got destroyed by snow. But last summer it was overcast and cool for most of the summer (strange even for Seattle), and then this May we have that random heat wave. But if that was just a freak incident and doesn't really happen again this summer, then I rank Seattle back as undisputed best weather in the country.

Speaking of normal weather, it's 64 degrees and cloudy here now. A much needed break.

OH...MY...GOD! If anyone was watching the Weather Channel, you may have seen the tornado in Goshen County, Wyoming. I live about 10-20 miles away from where the twister touched down. I got to see it for maybe 15 minutes from a safe vantage point. I believe that this was the first tornado I've seen in person.

It's 10 minutes to 6PM and we finally have blue skies. So much for the rain and thunderstorms we were supposed to get. Actually, it drizzled this morning, but not enough for what SoCal needs.

Never underestimate how quick the crews can clear up water and prep the track again.

*looks at post time

Did you have a good time?

Wow, it's snowing in June. Don't you love global warming .

It's pretty nice here, 70 with not a cloud in the sky. Nice light breeze too. Supposed to rain tonight and tomorrow though, figures since I washed my car.

It did it over as WSU last year. I think it would be cool to take a bit of it over here. Although after that last heat wave, it's starting to scare me a bit. I thought it was just going to make Seattle cooler and rainier like I've seen the last couple years.

Funny, it switched. We've got the cool weather and clouds and it's sunny there now. It needs to rain here because my windshield is a mess. It rained just enough that my windshield got all messy, but not enough to need wipers. And then I used the car windshield jets and that only made it worse. :ouch:

Whooo, raining finally, My friend and I will get some cones and find a nice parking lot to try and get a feel for sliding :) And its supposed to be raining for the next 3 day too! with highs around 65 degrees.....

Beautiful today, first nice winter day, i'm going for a bike ride. :)

EDIT: It's raining. :ouch: Can't complain though, we are in a drought.

Auto Italia was on today, woke up at 6 and saw the weather and decided against going, as did a whole lot of people. Some guys set off, got half way, then decided to come back because they saw too many accidents on the way.

Another problem with the UK, besides the weather in the first place, is that drivers don't know how to adapt. When it rains they drive as normal and then get confused when they understeer into a hedge.
