Meh, it's getting slightly better. It's still cloudy, but it's not raining for once and it's not freezing cold, just chilly. But it's disgustingly muggy, despite the relatively temperatures. Really, not a nice day.

The last two days were very cool. Yesterday, when I went outside at 7PM to smoke my stogie, it was COLD. About 66 and it dropped to 62 by 9PM when I was done. However, today was very warm and humid. About 88 with high humidity. It's going to get hotter and more humid over the next few days. It sucks, but at least I had two full days of cool summer weather.

We FINALLY have some rain. Been in a really really bad drought pretty much since last year. Very low on precipitation through the winter, spring, and summer. Well today its finally raining and raining a lot. :)

92 with a "feels like" of 100 today and 90/99 for tomorrow. I can handle -30 better than I can this...

Morning hours (thunder woke me at around 8 in the morning) we had strong rain and thunder. By 10 in the morning it was winding down, just been cloudy since.

There seems to be a bright ball of light in the sky giving out heat. Anyone know what it is?

The rain helped the other day but we are still in a massive nationwide drought. Price of everything is going up with no relief in sight.

A double-barreled dose of bad news came out Thursday: Not only did the drought worsen over the last week, but it's likely to widen and intensify through the end of October, according to the seasonal outlook prepared by government forecasters.

Nearly 81 percent of the contiguous U.S. was "abnormally dry" or in drought.

Forecasters have called the drought the most widespread since 1956, though 1988 was worse in terms of crop losses due to an extremely dry year for the Midwest.

110+ outside, making it really irritating to attempt a strenuous physical activity. In addition to the smoke from the fire to the north.

GTP Top Tip: Dont live in Far Northern California, unless you're on the coast or in the mountains. The Valley sucks.

Large parts of the USA still in the 100's, and I'm complaining that 93 F is too hot - our record high today (and new for the day). I'm comfortable this week, mid to high 70's cloudy mornings, sunny afternoons

Luckily I'm going to Port Orchard in a few weeks, that should be refreshing.

Around 109-112* F through this week. Humidity ~21% at the moment.

Forecast says monsoon storms through the week too. Got one last night but it showed up much later than normal, after 9pm instead of 5-6pm.

It's raining, heavily. It's meant to be getting nicer this weekend, but I'm off on holiday so I'll miss the heat wave. :(

110 today. A lower temperature, as the smoke from the Reading Fire is blocking the sun out for part of the day.
God. I hate it here.

Snapped this on the way home. Storms rolling into town tonight, supposed to get rain the next couple days.

The reports say storms, my window says shorts and t-shirt.

Same thing here. They say its going to rain everyday, but it only drizzles for a minute or twin in the morning.

Our storm seems to have come in a little late. No rain last night like predicted, but it's raining hardcore this morning. Lots of flooding, as you can see by the large yellow/red area right over town with the flash flood warning box around it...
