Raining, again. It makes me want to stay home all day.

Supposed to have more thunderstorms!!! I love thunderstorms. Rain is meh without thunder and lightning. My dogs would beg to differ, though.

Winds have picked up since yesterday and so have the heavy showers. Tuesday was the warmest day this year in these parts, but after a cool front came over Wednesday morning it's struggled to get above 15C.

I'm hoping we have more than a couple this summer. If we get as many big ones on a frequent basis like we did between 2005 and 2007 then I'll be pleased. The last thunderstorm we had was a rather tame one back in in January, and I don't think I've even experienced such a storm during winter before.

On Wednesday, we had rain, thunder and lightning. Yesterday, sun, some clouds and high temperatures - same for today, but the only difference is that the forecast says rain .

Storm rolled through tonight with really high winds, kicked up so much dirt there were times I couldn't see 20 feet ahead of me on the road. Hit the brakes and glad I did, cars slow on the other side.

Edit: blowing hard again, power just blinked for a split second. Getting crazy out there.

Today, the temp jumped from 76° to 84° after 3PM. That means it's going to be HOT tomorrow. Like around 90° or so. Hotter on Sunday.

Hot out there. Staying inside for now. It's 92° right now. Too hot for me. A few clouds but it's a bright blue sky.

EDIT: Jumped another 8° to make it 100° today! So bloody hot out there.
