For May in Phoenix the weather's actually been pretty good. No rain to speak of obviously, but it's been below 100 degrees quite a bit whereas I'm used to May and even late April being borderline unbearable. I'm actually able to wear pants without bursting into flames, a summer first.

Had a nasty storm about 11-11:30 last night. Lost power for a moment then heard a nasty crackle that lasted about 5 seconds before a loud house shaking ka-boom. That one spooked me a bit.

Interesting, it's still raining here, since I got home at 4. This definitely won't help with the high river levels around here. Some places have flood warnings because the creeks are so full from run off. Luckily we live no where near water.

Nice, nice. Leaving home this morning with 7°C on the clock reminded me that we had about 13-14°C on Christmas. Wut?

We were at (+)4°C this morning at 8 am, and tomorrow should be the same. Looks like the winter-temperatures are moving forward. Fine, if you ask me !
